Would it be possible to arrange the games such that a win (or a certain dollar amount of
earnings spent) in blackjack or poker could be used to gain new cards? |

That was the plan! We intend to offer common cards, and some selective uncommons cards to be purchased using your balance money. As well as other powerup cards. So build up your balance!
We're also thinking of other ways for you to earn more balance money and spend them.
Good suggestion!
