I've been thinking about occupations for our fursona's and I realized that there are a lot of tough backgrounds and occupations (i.e bodyguard, security, town guard). So I figure I should retire and do some thing constructive.... like construction.

I can see it now "Crimson's Construction". Sense Bon Bon is a booming city people will want there own place if they decide to stay.

I figured it might be to late to change but it doesn't hurt to try.

There are indeed a lot of those occupations that you mention, Crimson.

About working in construction, what kind of job are you thinking? I personally picture your fursona as some kind of supervisor or technical expert.

You could build homes for all of us who are new to Bon Bon and are looking for a place to stay. Very Happy

Seriously, I think it's a very nice idea.

Since he's retired military already, I could see Commander Ferinton in a couple of different jobs. I would have to say it would either be as the owner of a weapons shop or a liquor store. But, since there doesn't seem to be that much need for weapons in Bon Bon, (nothing deadly anyway Wink ), It would probably be the liquor store.

I would like a nice two-storey house. It should be within walking distance of the main part of Bon Bon, including the Delight Castle, but I'd still like it to have a nice view of the beautiful nature of the area.

If possible, it should have a large terrace on the first floor, for some outdoor partying while enjoying the view. And it should have a a large garden with pool and hedges that shield it from prying eyes. Wink

When can you have it done? Razz

Maybe you'll make an appearance in Scarlett Blutt's comic if/when restoration is underway. Alternatively, you could be working on my 'Ivory Tower' on the cliffs overlooking BonBon.

Is the change ok with you Vanessa?

I would be more that happy to help both you and Miss Blutt's castle and your tower.

I can imagine having Sakura a common visitor to such an establishment.

Of course Miss Scorpia I would be more than happy to build your add on. No job is to big or to small for "Crimson's Construction."

Now all I need is a catch phrase. Very Happy

Well, for obvious reasons I would never actually participate in any sort of construction (a gentleman does no labor with his hands). That doesn't mean I couldn't provide investment capital, of course, or make my own contribution to your booming business. A gentleman of my rank and station needs a summer residence, after all. Something along the lines of a nice estate with a great house and stables, and perhaps a few guest houses, I think?

Heh, this reminds me of Ghostbusters: Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! No job is too big, no fee is too big!

Is this a thread about everyone's occupation? If so, this lizzy guy really needs for a good job around town. I can fight and I can sing, I'm not so strong but I can easily be a jack of all trades since I'm 21 and a quick learner. What would be a cool and useful job for a blue scaley dude?
