well, i recently mentioned that i signed up for some community college classes in an area of study that im really interested in, and i even think that im gonna get back into drawing(i have been going through a 4 month artblock thingy Crying or Very sad

)

so things are starting to look good right? well i have a nasty tendency of getting all excited or worked up about something, then losing steam halfway down the road. then eventually lazyness takes over, and before you know it i have no interest to continue to do any of the things i set out to accomplish...
im afriad that this will happen here, since this is college this is some serious stuff we are talking about here. this stuff can affect the rest of my life, and im 18, im to old to make these stupid childish mistakes over and over agian.....

i dunno, guess im just using this forum as my means of venting, cuase i know someone reading this might be going through the same stuff i am. and to that individual, i thank you for listening.

*nods* I went to community college at your age and I had to devote just about all my free time to it in order to get that diploma(it was tough for me,since the rest of my time went to working 35 hours a week to put myself through).As such,I understand fully.At times,I am amazed that I didn't just say "screw it" and not bother to do it at all.But,I felt that I should have at least one thing in my life that I can honestly say that I managed to plan and accomplish.

Well one way is to set up a form of motivation to get you through it. Like how Marx can't get any of the girls here unless he gets a certain grade point average during the semester. *Sticks her tongue out at him*
