So this is the town of Bon Bon? she thought as she stood upon a hill top that overlooked the town. She still had a little ways to go before she was truly in the town, but from what she saw already, it looked like a new life here would be what she hoped it would be, peaceful. Lifting the straw hat a moment, she smoothed out her hair, placed the hat once more on her head, ears sticking through two holes in the top. Placing her hands on the two shafts of the wagon, she began to make her way towards the town.

"At least it isn't too much further," she muttered to herself making her way down the hill carefully.

Having made it to the bottom of the hill, she found a spot and pulled over off the side of the road a bit. She made her way to the back of the wagon and peered in, smiling as she saw that the four bowls that she had packed were still in their place and the lids still sealed.

"And how are my little ones doing?" she asked as she reached into a bag and drew out some food, dropping some into each and watched the koi as they happily ate the food. "Not much longer. Soon we will find a place and no more wagon."

*overheards the discussion of the Linyue with her pet. She was not far from here picking herb to make dye for refurbishing some items. She moves nearer to Linyue and said.*

You search for a place to sleep? I can maybe help you. I have some apartment in my attic. Nothing of big or fancy but it used to be rent to timmigrants until they find a better place to live. I can reopen them for you if you want. I doubt that you will be able to find better at this hour... except if you want uses the hotel of the town... but they are rather expensive.

at the bottom of a hill a muscular cheetah was fast asleep up in a tree, then the sounds of creaking wheeles where heard wakeing him up.

yawning and streaching he looks down and see's a wagon stop and because of being so high up he couldn't quite make out the furson getting out.

pulling out a black piece of fabric and covering his left scard eye witch was a different colour to his right eye and grabbing his two katanas he begins to make his way down the tree, mumbling to his self.

"why is it every time i try to take a nap in a tree something or someone wakes me up".

Lin had not thought that anyone else would be near the area when she had stopped, but her ear flicked back as she heard the female's voice. Turning quickly, blue green eyes peered from under the simple straw hat.

"I am looking for a place, but I would not want to impose on anyone," she said, her tail flicking behind her. "I was warned of the hotels being expensive, but most are."

Ears flicked back as she heard the other voice and she'd peer around the wagon to see the cheetah.

"If I disturbed you, please, forgive me. I did not know you were there."

*looks at the cheetah a moment. She remembers him wandering in her pawnshop but her name doesn't come back. It's odd because she usually good with that. She smiles to him then return to her previous conversation but with a more small volume.*

You won't bother me or impose yourself. I have spare flat. I would be a bad businesswoman to let them accumulate dust when someone need it. Do you think that I had offered that if I had an single hesitation to have more company?

the cheetah being lazy decided to jump down from the rest of the tree, landing on the dirt road he steachs again and hears a voice.

makeing sure his piece of black cloth was still covering his eye he turns towards the voice seeing some kind of tiger he wasn't sure what exact spices she was but he had no problem with her.

"ohhh their is no need to apologies ma'am what do you expecte if your gonna fall asleep near the main road into bon bon".

he streachs again and smiles.

"ohhh how rude of me my names link hunter collins the only cheetah of bon bon it's a pleasure to meet a new fur and one as unique and beautiful as yourself".

he smiles again and gives the lady a bow.

Lin smiled towards Catherine and nodded.

"Then I would be honored to help keep the room free of dust. I thank you for the offer," she said with a bow of her head.

Blue green eyes turned towards the cheetah as he introduced himself. She grinned, reaching up to remove the hat from her head to reveal herself to them both. Her fur was not the normal color for a tigress, instead of orange with black stripes, she was purple with black stripes, her bottom jaw and the rest that wassupposed to be white, was white. Her hair was a dark purple, put into a simple braid.

"Because I'm sure there are no other tigers in Bon Bon with purple fur." She chuckled and gave a bow to both. "My name is Linyue Huolong, but you may call me either Lin or Yue."

It's a pleasure to meet you lady Huolong. I'm Catherine Puce but you can call me cat. There is maybe no tiger with purple fur but you will soon notice that a lot of person are quite unique. This town attracts a lot singular being. I'm sure that we will able to see some of them as we use the road to reach our home.

*points the town with her open hand.*

Walking along through the park from Delight Castle, George felt good about his night. He had won a good deal of florins at the craps table tonight in the casino, followed by more luck at the poker table though he didn't completely run the tables. He was a wise enough gambler to know he had to lose occasionally but over all he had come out in the green.

Seeing the familiar face of Catherine, he smiled, giving her a polite wave, "Good evening, Catherine. A pleasure to meet you again." Turning to Lin, he smiles at her too, "Good evening, miss, I'm George McCarthy. Might I have the pleasure of your name?"

Lin's ears flicked back slightly at being called 'lady Huolong', it was something she had tried to forget.

"Please, no lady. I am just who I am," she said and placed the hat back on her head, but she nodded to her words of the town being full of unique others. "I'm sure I will see them."

Her head though soon turned as the new voice was heard, eyes gazing at the avian. She had never seen one such as him, so she couldn't place what type he was. She knew him to be a bird of prey, but what kind was yet to be known.

"My name is Linyue and it is a pleasure to meet you as well George McCarthy."

link following both of the girls into town, and larfd as they where going on about unique looking furson.

"haaaa i guess im one of the unique one's then when was the last time you ever seen a 6'8 cheetah with two different colourd eyes and a red tipped tail"

he smiled back at linyue and walked up ahead.

"well i don't wish to be aburden so i'll leave your company it was nice to meet you ma'am i do hope we see each other again".

*waves to link as he quits then wait that Linyue finish her conversation before continue their walk to home. She isn't in hurry and it's a good moment for her to meet everyone.*

Lin nodded towards Link as he excused himself then turned hettentin back to the avian at had.

"Please forgive me for staring, but I have never seen a bird of prey before such as you. What kind are you?"

George smiled at Lin, squawking softly, "It's a'right, darling. Ye prob'ly won't see many of my kind unless ye go to North America." He chuckles, giving her a wink, "I'm an American Bald Eagle."

You are certainly a superior bird of prey if gambled money is considerate like a valid prey. I rarely see a guy who is so much liked by Lady Luck.

Do-om dee dah dee dah... Do-om dee dah dee dah... *singsongs, making my way through the park, twirling my cane in my paw out of habit, after a nice and entertaining night at the Delight Castle, when I notice the group of people talking*

Hmmmm....

*On regular circumstances I would pay no heed to it, but two of the talkers caught my eye. One, the bald eagle, was at the same poker table than me on the casino, and the other, the purple-furred tigress*

What an unique sight.

Lin nodded as the eagle said as to what type of bird he was, though tilted her head ever so slightly as he said as to where he was from.

"North America? I have heard of that place, but I have never been there. I'm sure it is a nice place," she said with a nod.

Her eyes soon turned to the two that had decided to come over. Bowing her head to them both, she smiled.

"Ni hao, hello. You are welcome to join if you like."

Maxwell was out jogging as usual, thinking about the dumbest things as usual too. When he spotted a group nearing as he moved.

Slowing down as he got closer he then stopped as he decided to have a breather and some chit chat.

"Nice time for a walk isn't it eh?" He then notices one of them is Catherine.

"Hey Cat, I don't think I know your friends here. I'm Maxwell."

Max looked at them all with a worn-out and happy face as he caught his breath.

Lin wiated for the other two to respond, but as she did, she allowed her eyes to take in the sights that she could see, the tall buildings and the trees. It seemed like a nice place to start a new beginning. Ears flicked as she heard the new voice and she looked to the one that spoke. It was nice to be meeting so many in such a short time she had been there.

"Linyue," she said simply to the other.

Lin grinned to the two, nodding softly, though her attention turned to Max as the other's turned towards the eagle.

"I am new here and I hope to stay for quite a while. I want to open up a restaurant here." Tail flicked behind as she shifted the hat atop her head. "I'm sure there are plenty here, but I'm sure none of them serve Chinese food."

Max nodded, intrigued as he had never really tried Chines cuisine before.

"Interesting, so you must be from China then? Well you can count on me being at the grand opening! Unless of course I can't figure out how to use chopsticks hah!"

A chuckle came from Lin with Max's words on not knowing how to use chopsticks. She knew she had to practice quite a while before she herself had been able to use them right.

"I will offer lesson on how to use them of course for those who have never used them. Do not worry though, I will have the usual utensils as well, so for those who do not get the hang of the chopsticks right away, they will not go hungry," she said and gave a wink, but looked towards Lucian. "I will be sure to have it known when the grand opening is. Food, a little gift for all, perhaps I'll put on a bit of a show with my shukusen."

Max smiled as she winked to him, but seemed a little confused at what she added.

"shukusen? What is that?"

Her eyes seemed to sparkle a little when she was asked what the shukusen was. Moving to the back of her wagon, she stepped into it for a moment, being careful not to knock the four fish bowls over. Stepping out of the wagon, she held up what looked to be an ordinary fan. With a gentle flick, she opened it to reveal it to be made of the typical paper and wood, but the design was a spring scene with a bird and trees.

"What you see here is a normal fan," she said and then from behind her, she pulled out another fan and as before, she opened it, but there was not that 'snap' one heard with the paper fan, there was a soft metalic sound to it. "This, is a shukusen or to be simpler, a lady fan. It is a weapon that most women would carry."

She closed the normal one and then looked about for a moment. Once more walking to the back of her wagon, she brought out an apple she had bought a couple days ago. Tossing it to one of them, she removed her hat, then moved off about fifteen feet and stationed herself with the fan closed.

"Now, whoever caught the apple, with all your strength, throw it straight at my head," she said.

Was she nuts? She didn't seem to be. She waited for whoever had caught the apple to throw it as instructed.

Max was a little curious as to what she was doing, but when she threw the apple his eyes widened though he managed to catch it.

His brow raised at her comment to throw it, but he shrugged. She looked like she knew what she was doing.

"If you insist, but I'm a Boxer, I can throw pretty hard"

Max whipped back his hand and tightened his grip on the apple, and with his arm retracted he flung the apple towards Lunyue's head.

Lin's tail flicked behind her and she grinned as he mentioned he was a boxer.

"Even better," she said and waited.

As he pulled his arm back, she crouched into what appeared to be the praying mantis position, her eyes focused upon him. When the apple was hurled towards her, it might have been a blur to a few, but as the apple drew closer to her, she leapt up, the fan snapped open, her body twisted and turned in midair in a graceful display before she landed once more on her feet, and the fan once more closed.

Picking a few things off the ground, she drew closer to them and held up the apple, which had been sliced neatly into four pieces.

"And that is a shukusen. When closed, it can be a weapon for jabbing...and smacking, but when opened, as you saw, it becomes a slashing weapon. I never use it for a weapon, but only for little displays."
