| I would posit that such a trait is correlated with being a fur fan. Doubt there's causation, though. Unless someone wants to try to prove it somehow. | | _________________

Wait... you are all ninja's? I suppose that it would not be healthy to be more of a pirate at this time then.

Well, one could always join the crew of the Ninja Pirates... the mysterious living shadows that silently creep behind the unsuspecting victims and then say ARRRR!

| I'd say neither, as: 1) "a ninja's duty in life is death" (his or another), and
 2) a pirate, legends and stories aside, tends to meet a NASTY end (if it's not the gallows, it's scurvy) unless he makes it to privateer (i.e. state-sanctioned pirate...

If I really were to choose, I'd say ninja, since to kill you back an opponent has to KNOW that you're there, knowhatImean?

But otherwise, I'd go third party and vote Giant Robot Pilot. Who needs stealth or swashbuckling when you got at least three thousand tons of massive behemoth ready to wreak havoc to anything the same size or smaller?

| For me, the debate over Ninja vs. Pirate has never been an issue, because my friends pretty much sorted it out... It all has to do with the numbers, thanks to the Law of Inverse Ninja Strength, which basically dictates that the more ninjas you have, the easier they are to defeat. One Ninja would be unstoppable, but an army of ninjas get taken out by a lone combatant all the time. Pirates, for the most part, have no real problem with numbers, and in fact tend to become stronger with greater numbers. So we basically concluded that, one on one, a ninja (like, say, Hattori Hanzo) vs. a pirate (like Captain Jack Sparrow), the ninja will win every time (sorry Jack). But pit an entire clan of ninjas vs. the full crew of a pirate ship, and the pirates will more than likely pull out the win.
A more interesting debate that I found later would involve ninjas vs. zombies. This brings up a sticky situation of Zombie Pirates (such as those in the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie), as they would naturally overcome ninjas due to a lack of meaty-vital-bits. Anyone who's ever played D&D knows the undead are immune to critical hits and sneak attacks, which is basically all ninjas are... sneak-attacking, back-stabbing crit-machines. Then another friend mentioned the number of robotic or cybernetic ninjas out there (like Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke from the Mortal Kombat games), thus creating an even playing field again between Zombie Pirates and Cyborg Ninjas...

...and that's why I say Space Monkeys win every single time, because no one ever suspects the monkey with the ray-gun!

| Actually "Pastafarian" is what the Spagetti Monster is called

		  | Quote: |
		  | Henderson professes belief in a supernatural Creator called the Flying Spaghetti Monster, or Spaghedeity, which resembles spaghetti and meatballs.[2] He furthermore calls for the "Pastafarian" (a portmanteau of pasta and Rastafarian) theory of creation to be taught in science classrooms.[3]
 | I guess its in human's nature to think up deities when you have too much free time on your hands...that guy must really love spaghetti.

| Lets esstablish an order of Spagetti! XD
and yeah, people do invent deities when they ahve abolutely notting else to do, one of my friends was once so bored on history of art lesson that he invented an ultimate god ROOT. Philosophy of this relligion is very simple: free interpretation of the root, and that all what is necessary XD

Pahefi: Well, in once comic I'm a Goddess, and in the other one i'm just a scribe...

 BiAncha: ...................... I'm sexy... end...

Although id like to mention that my characters aren't the perfect 'deity'
 (there's not such thing)
Bi-Ancha doesn't even have special powers, she just lives ... 10.000 years and one day she'll die...

BiAncha: That wasn't in the contract...

And pahefi will die along with me when i pass into the next world.
