link just shock his head beore letting him go and sliping nearly over then getting his blance again he turned his attione towards the rabbit.

"hey there leaf well apart rom hateing the cold weather wishing i was somwwhere warm with my finace and cuddling up with her nothing much"

link said while tapping at the ice with his skates

Leaf's ears perked up in surprise. "Fiancée? Odd how I haven't heard of this before. Still, congratulations!"

He smiled at his cheetah friend before he looked over at the irimote. "Is she the one talking to Rhoda just now?"

link gave a small emmbrassed smile and scrathed the back of his neck while swaying his tail back and foruth

"well thank ya leaf and sorry for not telling ya but we wanted to keep it quiet ya know"

link then looked at the iriomote cat and shock his head "who lily there? no leaf we are just friends my fiancee is a beauitful stunning red vixen called grace kaiser"

link then smiled and looked back at leaf "besides we both now who my beatman will be"

"ohhhh i see hehe it's a shame thats he's getting married though i would love to of know how good he is" ily then blushed and looked back at rhoda

At Link's mention of a best man, the rabbit had a confused look. "You do? Well... who is he?"

At that moment, Leaf's eyes widened in shock. "M-Me? The best man? I... I don't know what to say."

He reflected on all the times Link helped him out for the past two years. Getting his first job, finding a place for his bookstore, the list went on... He felt truly grateful to the cheetah, glad to have found someone like him. A warm smile flashed across his face as he gave his response.

"Link... It would be an honor to be your best man!"

lily's face went brite red at what rhoda said and she looked at link with intrest.

link then remberd all the stuff he helped leaf with like helping him get his first job then helping him move into his bookshop and set it all up"
link then smiled and wounderd if leaf remberd when a certain bookshelf countiang loads of sex tip books landed on him

"yeah leaf man we hae been though a lot HAHA do ya rember the day i helped ya moe in to ya bokshelf" link coundnt help but laughthen he stoped and looked at leaf with a sad exeperision.

Leaf shook his head at Link. "Ah, yes. I remember that," the rabbit said, his voice full of mirth. "I also remember how a rather... detailed book fell on my face while it was opened in the middle. I was so embarrassed by the drawing, I had trouble getting it out of my mind for a week!"

The moment Link had brought up Rika's name, the rabbit cast his gaze to the ground. "She's... OK, I guess. Things were rather awkward for us both for the first few days after the incident. Things got to normal afterward, but..."

He sighed to himself. "We both agreed it was best to find other people and still be friends. I guess it wouldn't have worked out in the long run."

He looked back up with a small smile. "But don't worry about me, Link. I'll be fine, really."
