"Whoa, whoa, whoa!". Grimm stared at the corpse and back towards Link. At least.....he thought it was a corpse. "Stuff it, ya big lump! If the chicks hear us, we're screwed! Let's just take this slowly....and get someone who knows about dead bodies here.". Grimm ws unusually calm for a situation like this.

Félicette looked over to the two in the water as she heard Link's cry, then she looked to Sophitia and raised an eyebrow. "What the hell have they found?"

"Gotcha.....". Along with Link, the two of them began pushing the half boat toward, it's sides tilting and almost tipping over several times because of the water and holes on the side. The body floated on the sparse water of the boat innards and the stench was overwhelming. "Eurgh.....our pal has been here a while. Think you can go fetch Wolf while I push this up on the shore?"

Félicette scratched the top of her head as the two dragged the boat in a direction away from them, It made her think that they were keeping something valuable from them.

link yelled into the darkness as he ran thiugh the muddy swamp land

Carmilla was the first to notice the screaming, her ears twitching and her body stopping. "You heard that?".

"Yeah....sounds like Link. Grimm is taking too long as well. I'm guessing something happened.". He stopped rotating the hunk of cooked meat. Since he was sure he was to return, he simply jabbed the stick on the dirt nearby, propped the meat to the very top and covered it with a small sanitized cloth. "Grimm must've done something again."
"Aww....so much for campfire ghost stories.". With her naive smile and cheery outlook, she took the hand of Wolf and slowly did the two begin their trek into the thick fog, in direction of the voice.
"Where are you Link!?".

In the meantime, the water around Grimm grew shallow, to the point where he was now above the rickety dingy and the same had been moored on mud and sand. "Guess this is as best as I can push it in....". His curiosity got the better of him however, his eyes looking at the dead fur and his nose swelling up with the rotting stench of decay. "Ugh....guess it wouldn't kill me to have a look.". Quickly shaking off the water of one paw and using it to cover his face, he neared the side of the wreck and focused his eyes to try and see who it was. It would still be hard, due to the lack of moonlight and fog.

As Thomas Finch was unknown mostly it would be impossible for him to be identified so far away from his home, all that could be told from a glance was that he was a fox, and probably around his mid thirties when he died. Although in his state it would make placing a correct age a lot harder. Félicette was getting impatient and stood up, still far from Grimm she looked to Sophitia, then shrugged to her and shouted at Grimm. "What the hell are you doing over there?"

slipping over mud he skid into a clear patch and saw his target and ran up to him breathing heavealy

"thank god.......lake.......body...........need............" link stooped talking and took deep breaths before looking at wolf

"sorry wolf ya got to come with me just ahead is a dead body in a boat on the lake me and grimm found it ya the only closeist thing i know to a docter around here so come on"

link said before looking at him then motione for him to follow him back towards the lake

"B-b-body!?". Carmilla coughed her face with a gasp, the thought making her body shiver in fear.

"Corpse, all the way out here.....? Let's go check it out. Carmilla, it might just be someone who was recently dug in, so wait here patiently while Link and I go investigate.". Wolf quietly let go of the foxette's hand and nodded to Link. "And for the record, I AM a doctor."

Being easily startled as she was, she only nodded. "O-okay....don't take too long though....".

Hearing voices from behind him, Grimm took one good look at the deceased and looked back to the lake. "I think I found something interesting is all! I sent Link to get us a professional on these things!". Satisfied with the way he answered, he continued to look at the fox, who's facial traits he could not recognize in the dark. "Blasted darkness.....if only I hadn't gotten my lighter wet....".

Félicette huffed and slumped back down onto the ground, it seemed that whatever was found was not for her eyes... She wondered just what that could be. The body of the fox had nothing noticeable at a glance and would have to be more thoroughly examined to learn anything.

link turned around before looking at the vixen "well be fine me and wolf can handle are selfs if anything bad happens ya should do what he says and not move?"

Wolf sprinted right behind Link, keeping pace with him as he led him down past the bank and into the mudded shoreline.

"Oi, over here!!"

"wait wolf" link said stoping and checking his surrounding's he then pulled out his small knife and moitioned with his fingers

"i feel weird wolf go on head to the lake and help grimm i'll go back and look after ya vixen friend dont argue with me just go who ever killed that guy could still be around"

link nodded and headid back to where the vixen was with his knife out and his tail fur fuzzing up

Félicette could hear more people coming, probably Link with this Wolf person she heard mentioned. Apart from their shouting and Grimm's own movements the place was dead silent, eerily quiet and the fog was thicker now than before. "Can someone please explain why we're still here? I wanna know what's going on!"

Wolf rose an eyebrow, remaining in place. ".......You want to stay with Carmilla? Fine by me. Just.....keep your hands to yourself with this one.". The last part of the sentence was meant as more of a threat, than a warning and without leaving Lin enough time to answer, he dashed off into the waters.

"Hey! I told you, I found something, didn't I? Who knows, this could be treasure!". Grimm just remained there, keeping an eye on everything that moved. Wolf finally approached and looked at the panther. "Anything new?".
"A dead corpse and one I can't recognize. Strange, considering I harass almost every living thing in Bon Bon."

link had already headid back and didnt hear wolfs threat he was more worried incase the corpse's mureder was still around

reaching back to where camilla was told to stay he coudnt see her and called out

"exuse me ma'am.........ma'am where are you come on plese be ok" link looked around looking worried and kept his knife drawn just incase

"O-over here!!". Carmilla called out from the fog, already disoriented and afraid.

The water began moving again, seemingly pushing the boat to shore once more. For several minutes, silence ensued. It was broken by Wolf. "He's been a while, evident by the rotting stench. I can't tell a Cause of Death because of the lack of light or any autopsy for that matter and with what you said, we have two other girls unnattended past this marsh."
"So we just tell them we found a dead guy?"
"The sooner the better. Maybe Dr. Merrick could give us a hand with this...."
"That new creepy guy? Never met him, but I see him and shudder."

Once again, the water began splashing with the panther swimming atop it's muddied depths. He reached the other two felines and quickly surfaced up. "Alright you two! Get ready to move out, for we have a dead bastard on our hands!".

Félicette felt conflicted inside at the mention of a body, it definitely wasn't what she expected. But on the other hand she was now glad that she hadn't made it to the boat and found it herself.

"What... What do we do? I'm not going to the police that's for sure."

"The fuzz? What are you, drunk? A small group of people in the middle of the night who find a dead corpse in a marsh ain't exactly the best story for them tabloids, ya know.". He scratched in head, thinking ove what Wolf said. "We're gonna bring the corpse over to Bon Bon, this being Wolf's idea. He seas there's a psych in town who could probably give us a hand. I'm not so sure the man will not exactly take us in with wide open arms with a dead body, but....".

He simply stopped there, not saying anything else.

"Hey, I said I wouldn't go to the police, for the reasons you said and more personal ones." Félicette let them talk about what they would do with the body, she wasn't very interested in having to look at it so she kept her distance. As far as she was concerned she was ready to abandon the body where they found it.

hearing the vixens voice link looked carefully aroun d then headid towards her before dissapering into the fog

"ahhhh dont worry nothings gonna....ahhhhh there ya are" seeing the vixen he headid towards her but still felt strange as if something was watching them

"ok ma'am i want ya to stick to me i'll look after ya that i promise besides they dont need me at the lake wolf is better at body exmaineing then me anyday"

looking round he kept his knife out and it glinnted in the light of the moon

The sunken boat now on shore, Wolf had somehow dismantled a board and placed the body on it. He then began pushing it on the mud with ease, this being easier than pushing a Hal broken boat. Just like when he spoke with Grimm, he fished in his pocket for a silver box. It was engraved with a few initials but it was hard to see them in this dark fog. An unseen lid popped open to show it was a lighter and as it let a small flame out, it was enough toshow his position.

"I understand. Still, it wouldn't be right to leave two beautiful ladies alone in a marsh, now would it? Let's get to town and....see just how bad this night can get. You're welcome to flip me off and go do something else of you wish though.". It wasn't her obligation to go, yes. Grimm just ha to ask out of courtesy.

Carmilla waited patiently on the spot, shuddering lightly. As soon as the cheetah approached, she jumped some yet made no sound. Realizing it was Link, she quieted down. "O-okay....can we get out of here though? I think I see ah- EEK!".

Out of noweher and with no indication of th act, Carmilla jumped from the groun and unto Link, holding unto him with arm and leg alike with all her might. Her breasts were placed on his face, even though well covered as they were. The reason she jumped up from where she was like that? She saw a frog sneak up from behind her.

link stoped just in front of the vixen and nodded in the darkness "yeah it's kinda creppy around.......WHAT THE AHHHHHH"

link let out a loud yelp as the girl suddnly jumped into his arms and smosh her breast's into his face makeing him go brite red but thanks to the darkness she woundt be able to see

looking around thinking she saw the killer his eyes trailed down to see a frog "it's just a frog" link said in a muffled voice as he lowed down with the vixen still clinging to him and caught the frog in hi hand before leeting it go into a muddy puddle

"Seeing as If it wasn't for me making everyone fall about around the boat, I guess I should help out." Félicette walked up to them and looked at the body, then she looked away quickly. "Oh that's pretty rank..."

"He's been a while. It will take me an autopsy to tell just when was it dumped here.".
"I honestly don't like bringing the body to town. Can't we just bring the doctor oer here or check it out in the morning?"
"I doubt the Doctor would really follow us out here. And where would we stash a body?"
"Good points, but seriously. What makes you think he would receive us with a corpse in the dead of night?"
"Gut feeling....?"
Grimmdidn't even respond to that.

Even as she was lowered and unaware of how she just pressed her chest on the cheetah's face, she clinged heavily on his arm. "F-F-frog!!! I hate frogs! Get it away from meee!!". She was nearly into tears from just seeing it.

"already have ma'am i let it free in a puddle" link said twitching his ears and noticed he had drroped his knife witxh wiould be inpossible to find in this darkness

"all right all right i'll take ya back to town i guess ya best stick to me i dont like this and i feel weird and ummmmmmm"

link went red again and felt awkward "are ya gonna get of me or am i gonna have to carry ya back to town" link said in a slight annoyed voice ashe could imainge there being more frogs around and the vixen jumping at him everytime she saw or heard one
