But then I was really ill in Greece about six weeks ago and thought I was having a heart attack. Fortunately I wasn't but after a week in hospital they said I really needed to change my diet.
Don't want to go back there so have done so. No more tortilla chips, cheese or sausage. No drinking alone at home. I have lost 21 pounds and feel ten years younger.

Oh im sorry to hear that. I am glad you are feeling better now. Congrats on losing so much weight. Yes drink at home as always been my weak spot  |

me too and also sometimes with just healthy food on it like lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and pickles  and maybe a little ketchup |
