Yes I watched the game.I usually sleep at the time. But before the game we went to see some movie and than for a drink and than I went home and watched the game.
They really played good game, and I really wished them to win but Canadian players had better luck.
Yes it is thrue, but it is beocuse we are from so small country (lot of people from some countries dont even know where Czech rep.is lol)that we want world to know about us.Like good hockey players(lot of them play for NHL,good bear, pretty girls and nice historic towns)at least we have all thise:-))))

(i really do plan to spend some time there in a few years) it seems the country is surounded by mountans? does it get nice and cold in the winter? can you ski? |

YOu are right the history wasn´t so great now in a last 15 or so years we can do muchmore than before like travelin atc.Becouse Czech was communism country.I dont remember the time of it but it was hard for lot of people,I knw that my mom told me that she had to stay long line bor few bananas.
Now the situation is much more better but still hard for some people.
In Czech is lot of mountans you woul like it,it looks great in a winter when all the mountans are full of snow lol.
And yes I can ski but I didnt have to much time for it in last two years.maybe this winter I will.

richard, have you been to czech republic at all before? I can't remember if you said or not.
Its great cos its so cheap from the UK now. I flew BA last summer and it was only about £110. Beats the hassle of using easyjet, and the price difference wasnt much really. |

Many years ago, when it was still a Communist country, I travelled around Romania for a few weeks and I can remember seeing the food lines. People would get up around dawn to queue outside the markets so they were first in line when the farmers brought fresh fruit and vegetables into town.
Before I left London, a friend had advised me to take lots of chewing gum. When the little kids in Romania heard that you were foreign, they always asked you for gum. Since I had such a huge supply of gum in my bags, I was VERY popular with anyone under the age of 10! |

jana perhaps you should be recognized as a national treasure by the minstry of tourism in the czech republic. and be given a small subsidy(MONEY) from you government for opperating expenses.it seems fair to me. after all the interest you create about travel there.n'arodi'poklad zbohatnout |

i know almost nothing about computors empress jana but i know a little about sound and recording . in your silver chair video and your live chats you need a hotter signal to the mic.s that is to say they need to be closer to you for more clarity and strengh. the microphones should also be the directional type or unidirectional to pick up you and not ambiant room sound . a television or movie sound technician is who you want to talk to . if you smile at him hell tell you every thing you need to know. hell, if you bump into him a few times he'll probably give you every thing you need who could resist my empress. |

You guys should look into property investment in czech republic. maybe put the restaurant in Prague.
Property value should be rocketing there since they joined the EU. so even if the Restaurant as a venture flops, you would still make a decent profit on the property... |

400,000.00 thats a lot of money, but if you think of it as what is required for a downpayment would maybe 40, 000 do it? 10%? ( don't let the 0's scare you) in canada when someone buys a house 10% down payment is lots. a business might be more,. i'll check it out.all i know is, if you want a dream to come true, you must work really hard, and have a good plan. |

Wow ... Is that all you would need for a hotel/restaurant/spa in Czech? My garage cost more than that!?! ... I'm obviously living in the wrong place (and buying houses in the wrong place)
