As for the characters, some websites I've found claims there are 50,000, but they also mention that there are various numbers suggested. Wikipedia says there are between 50,000 and 80,000 charachters. |

Let me first say that questions pertaining to any training methods need to be asked on my martial arts thread unless you're asking about my fursona's training or in general about him.
2)This is very important not just for you but everyone who reads this:If you have a severe,chronic,or persistent pain SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL HELP!!!!! Keep in mind I didn't have such a luxury when I trained.
Now that that's out of the way here are few things you can practice to alleviate minor aches and pains.
1)place both arms straight out with palms facing downward.Rotate both hands from left-right so that the fingers curl into a fist.
2)Depending on the wrist,wrap your fingers from the opposite hand around the hand of the one that has a problem(i.e. if the pain is on the left wrap the fingers from your right hand.)Place either your thumb or index finger on the wrist,press down with some pressure and begin rubbing the area in a clock-wise fashion.
If you're looking to build up your wrists I suggest the following:
1)push-ups:I do about 100 of various types but you may want to take it easy and do about 20-25.
2)Get yourself a staff but find out about your weapons laws first.If you can't get one,substitute using the handle of an old broom.Place one hand either behind your back or to the side.The other hand should be placed around the top of the staff.Raise over your shoulder and let the other end hit the ground behind you.Pick the staff up and over your shoulder to let fall in front of you this is considered 1 of the exercise.Again I do 100 of these and with weights attached try doing 20-25 without weights and with each hand.
3)As above but this time your going to swing the staff horizontally(side to side) and hit it against a tree with each hand.I also do this 100 times with weights but I recommend you do this about 20-25 times without the weights. |

I don't like when the people capture wild animals, throws them in a fighting care, and force them to fight.

| I don't like animal fights at all(except in the wild) my usage of the roosters inside the prison is used to mirror the bloody sport. |

Wow, Mr. DesertWolf! Your character's background story is very good.
I could easily picture what's happening and the scenery as I'm reading. I like how you're using Sakura Harukaze in Part 2 in your character's memories. I also like the detail of Meng Long during his stay at the Bilibid prison. I can't wait to read more!
