Yeah, but its getting harder to fight this kind of plagiarism. Sometimes I wonder how much more people can take of this. I know for a fact that that the ones here, especially the Four Aces Members and those who participate on the boards are the least likely people doing this.

Actually, that's incorrect. The only way these people are getting her comics from the "Royal Section" would be if a Royal Member is sending it out. Either that or someone is hacking the site, which I think Ronald would be able to stop easily.

There was a time when we were informed that a royal member had been accused of file sharing from the site. *Sighs with disappointment.* The only true way to fight it is to not help sharing it.

I would think that suspicious enough that Ronald would take it to court or at least look into legal action for such a breach in trust and protocol.

As I was told Ronald, I was told to look up this: DMCA 512 section c

Pretty much, you are allowed to request the servers to take Bon Bon materials down. If they don't , then you can legally prosecute them.

http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf - Is the full document.

LabrnMystic is correct.

We send out DMCA violation notices all the time.

First, we have to find the site operator's info, and contact them.
Give them a few days to reply or take action.

If that doesn't work. After that, we contact the hosting company for where the material is hosted. And wait for that for a few days. This process is the most annoying, because the hosting company will do the same thing we did above. (contact the site operator and sit around waiting for their response. usually 24-48 hours). But we must wait for the Hosting companies response as they wait for the site operator's response.

If no luck, After that, we contact the service provider of the hosting company. (More waiting... Since the provider will send the hosting company a notice and wait for their response before giving us a respnse, etc..)

After that if nothing is done, a court order notice. (depending on country/region too).

Usually its a long process. That could take days or weeks.

Yeesh. I can't say that I envy you that job, Ronald. Though I would like to know if there's something we here can do to show our appreciation for all the work you do.

Just by being a supporting member in keeping the site alive is good enough appreciation for me.

You guys are doing a great job as is sending me links to these sites through the members area listed email address.

The only thing I could ask is just spreading the word around about PleasureBonBon.com on other forums/social network sites.

Though Ronald, I'm curious, have you added in to the sites to put up a filter to take out the option to find Pleasure Bon Bon?

I had contacted a site that wasn't hosting, but hosted the links. They removed it just by mentioning DMCA, and then did one step further to put up a filter that will deny any search results for PBB, pleasure bon bon, etc.

^_^ Keep fighting the good fight people!

Oh, and a high note for Ronald and Vanessa, I've had a number of members from Fur Affinity note me about sites sharing. So you have supporters that aren't even on this site Vanessa. ^_^
