I suppose it really depends upon what is being irradiated. It's the charged beta particles intacting with the substance which cause it to glow, though the color can be altered by dyes and whatnot. Though I still say blue would better suit Kommy. Yellow'd clash to much with her natural fur color, blue would just look stunning.
