Curses on my subscription running out. But oh well, I can still view the avatar on the forums and I must say, Samueal is looking rather professional. |

That 3D image was created using preset styles that are unchangeable, like building a house from predetermined materials and not being able to make your own. That 3D image is a near representation, the closest possible and does not directly reflect the exact image it should. |

My jaw pretty much dropped when I saw it finished. I honestly wasn't expecting to see it before the holiday, but it is everything I could have wanted. Vanessa is just simply exquisite in her attention to detail and I can't thank her enough! |

Well, well, well.
Looking good, Mr. Samuel Dunn.
If one of my dresses need some stitching up, I'll know who can get the job done.
Congratulations, Mr. Shadow!
Wonderful job, Ms. Vanessa! Keep up the good work! |

Wow... The picture is something else! There's such attention given to the intricate details, especially the vest and hair. The thimble and tape measure help display the image of a tailor rather well. |

((Congrats on the avatar...

...but, I'm not sure I'm sold on the color-scheme. I've never been very fond of the whole red-black dichotomy. I like the red-silver vest with the flur-de-lys... but the rest doesn't... click right with me for some reason. I dunno... it just seems... too Sweeny Todd derived. Don't get me wrong, the art is solid, just... this one doesn't appeal to me.)) |

Don't worry, this avatar is a tailor. I bet he have a lot of spare outfit that would suit your taste. Anyway, it is a great avatar. Now we cannot miss you when you will post in the forum.

I'm glad that you like it ,
I had quite a few uncertainties during the coloring because I was afraid of it coming up too dark.
Up to a week ago I always worked on PBB with an old cathode-ray tube monitor whose brightness was very low, so I thought I was using dark colors like black and the like, but when seeing the results online with a LCD I was always surprised that they were instead way too bright...
My monitor has broken down and this avatar is the first thing that I'm coloring with the monitor that Marco has lent me for the time being, and that is much brighter.
So I now don't know how you see the colors... I think it's fine, but are your avatar's shades too dark for you? Can you see the character and the eyes as clearly as I do? |

I think the coloring is perfect. I know that there's a fine balance between hitting a shade dark enough to fit my request, while being light enough to avoid bleeding over the details, and I think you hit it dead-on. Magnifico! |

Congrats on the avatar, Shadow. It's much deserved.
I must say that he certainly has a different look from pretty much every other character in the comic. I was really have trouble picturing him colored, so it's very interesting to finally see it. I especially like the way that Vanessa has drawn his outfit. Very classy and suitable for Bon Bon, as well as perfectly illustrating what his profession is. |

Thank you Shadow_Twisted! This mean is good for you I am happy. Maybe this is the first two-tone character, black/gray scale and red, that I do.
And thanks to you all for the comments |

Yes, he does look really sharply dressed, after all he is a tailor!
A black Bengal Tiger, not that common. |
