A completely new series of Thundercats is to be launched in July on the US Cartoon Network Channel.
From the review I read it will be a darker series with a love triangle and judging from the single picture I found it will be drawn in a Japanese Anime style. Wether this is because it is produced by a Japanese company or just to appeal to the anime generation , that remains to be seen. |

Sorry... couldn't resist. It just seemed really funny to me. I dunno if the new art-style will work or not. I kinda like the old... Voltron-Robotech-Era style of Thundercats. The new art really didn't work for GI JOE, Transformers, or The Batman. So... I dunno. )) |

| I don't mind the new generation artwork so long as they remain true to the legacy of the original. Evangelion did'nt work out so badly when they made the remakes that have been coming out. |
