Andrew woke up. He walked over to his bath area and washed his face,brushed his teeth, and after this he went to check his to do list he noticed one thing.

he started reading it snf it said
Today is the day he needed to get ingredients for some of his potions and books to study his subjects.

he knew some people who might wanna assist his m so he put on his black short sleeve short,blueish dress pants, and his shoes. He made him a breakfast of eggs and bread. Wrote a note and than walked from his tree house and put the note up at a store.

This note red
"To whom it may concern. i am into occultist activities i need help looking for plants and things for potions and experiments. if you are interested meet me at my tree house in the south of bon bon. we will make arrangements on payment."

A large blue caribou buck yawned and cracked his neck as he walked beside a shorter green renard. The caribou took off his top hat and scratched the base of his antlers, saying "Katmir, I'm not sure I quite follow your haphazard mind. How is it possible that clockworks will change the future?"

The fox gasped as if in a kind of shock. "Mister Hex, have you not scrutinized the genius of my clockwork shop's window display? The future will look like that."

Mr Hex laughed softly. "You made a puppet that moves as if it were repairing a watch. Are you suggesting that moving dolls will replace furs? I find the thought dreadful."

"Yeah, you're right. That would be horrorshow. But think of what those mechanics could be when coupled with, say, a hot air balloon! We could... We could fly to the moon! Explore the depths of the ocean! Build a pleasure machine that satisfies many women at once! Eh? Eh?", said the wide-eyed fox.

The caribou was going to say something when he noticed a new sign posted next to the pastry shop. Hex said, "Katmir, you are an animal out of touch with actuality, and I would very much like you to stay that way. Now, here's something more to my liking. Look at this employment opportunity."

Katmir read the sign. "Hmm... So the sloth is what, an alchemist? Oh! Maybe he's looking for the Philosopher's Stone, or maybe he's discovered how to make gold!" His tail wagged rapidly.

"Katmir, I can hear the gears turning in your head. Stop before steam comes out of your ears. Now, I am in dire need of some esoteric exercise and strange chemistry. I will of course report on my new venture later." said Mr Hex as he took the note off the advertising board.

The fox put his paw on the caribou's hoof. "Whoah there, partner. I know you need this, but what if someone else comes along that does, too?"

Mr Hex reluctantly put the sign back up. "Oh, well. This early in the morning, the odds are in my favor. Have fun with your steam clocks, Katmir."

"Have fun with your magic potions, Mr Hex. Don't conjure up an octopus or melt your dick off."

After a pleasant walk through the colorful streets of Bon Bon, Mr Hex knocked on the front door of the Tree House.

He heard the door. he hoped it was someone to assist. he was working on his tables for potions and inventions. he walked over to the door and opened it and asked him.

"You here for the assistance notice"? "Been needing one so walk in make yourself comfortable"

He sat down and looked at him and said "so before you help me, anything you'd like to know, just ask away"

= Andrew's Tree House =

Mr Hex removed his top hat and carefully entered the door so his antlers wouldn't scratch anything. "Good day, Mr Sloth. My name is Hex, and yes I am interested in your occult venture. I have some knowledge of ancient mysteries and the paranormal, as well as training as an apothecary."

The blue caribou then paused and sat down so Mr Sloth would consider his vague credentials.

"I must say that you seem in a bit of a hurry to get started, sir. May I ask what tasks you have for me, and what you are trying to accomplish?"

"Sorry about making you feel rushed. i'm in no hurry"

"I mean before we start you should know what's going on and what your in for mr.hex"

"But like i mentioned just ask me anything you'd liek to know, tkae all the tiem you need".

He said and made himself a glass of water."I forgot to aks if you need anything if your hungry or thristy look in my icebox".

The caribou's ears twitched. "No thank you. I had a large breakfast. But... Maybe you didn't understand my African accent, Mr Sloth. I apologize. What are you making, and how can I help?"

"Wait let me guess African accent, so your into voodoo" he said with a smirk.

"well me i just like magic and i just make potions and things of that nature. but voodoo I'm interested in it. well hex here's what we will be doing"

"We will go to the forest behind mt house and look for hers and plants to work on my potions"

He said than drank his water.

Mr Hex smiled back, saying, "Voodoo is indeed a part of me, sir. Magic serves furs well when applied properly. I am ready when you are, Mr Sloth."

"OK Mr.hex. one thing I'll tell you please call me by my name andrew, the whole sir thing is to formal for my line of work"

He said than thought of something to start to tell him "so i thought of a potion we could start with i need something for a transformation potion of sorts"

"Well we just need to look for certain plants and things. jsut be careful of course what you find"

The blue caribou exchanged his fancy coat and vest for one of Andrew's spare cloaks in his armoire. Of course, the hood was made for a fur without antlers, but it still fit over his shoulders. Hex stepped to the door and held it open for his employer.

"After you, Andrew."

Upon the two exiting the tree house, a young, female, red cardinal bumped into them. She wore a short-sleeved shirt and a skirt, and had several different "Herbs of Italy" books and an "Alchemy for Beginners" book that she droppped when she bumped them.

"My apologies. I was hasty to arrive. I saw the posting on the board and rushed over here." She began picking up her books.

"My name is Serena. Serena Blossom," she said standing up. She handed Andrew one of the herb books. "You may keep it if you like. I have several copies of that particular book at my home." She noticed the two were in hooded robes.

"Do I need a robe, too?"

The blue caribou snapped out of his stupor, embarrassed that he had stared at the lady and not helped her up. Hex stepped around Andrew and offered his hands to the pretty bird. "I find that certain attire can enhance the mind on these mystical endeavors. It's good to meet another person that studies the esoteric... I'm Mr Hex. May I carry those for you, Miss Blosssom?"

"Sure, Mr. Hex. Thank you," she said letting Hex carry the books. She adjusted the small satchel she wore on her belt. "I brought this just in case we find something interesting."

"Confusion and suspense run through my mind," Serena said. "And if you insist I wear the robes, then I shall." Serena quickly darted inside to grab a cloak from the wardrobe. When she walked out, her figure was almost completely hidden by the size of the cloak. "The robe is a bit big on me. I must admit I do feel a little more a part of this though," she said with a look of confusion, "But I'm ready whenever you are."
