I hope this is not a touchy subject.

Listening to the media, which is not a court, it sounds a lot like Amanda and her boyfriend (Raffaele Sollecito) could not be involved in the tragedy.

And statistically speaking, it is lone men who commit the vast majority of homicides.
Conversely, two young lovers would be far more interested in themselves then a roommate.

It just seems like the prosecutor made a huge misjudgement.

I posted before appeal verdict was announced.

PS: I feel really sorry for Meredith Kercher's family, not just for her death, but they are too traumatized over the murder to question if the prosecutor correctly built the case.

In every way, Rudy Guede fits the classic profile of a lone murder, and all the evidence points directly at him, and his alibis contradict themselves and do not make sense.

From one perspective, I could say that she is not guilty for lack of evidence to prove 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. However, that is an opinion based off the American legal system, and as such I can't say that the results we expect here can be expected from other countries.

Agreed, no American "beyond reasonable doubt".

However as the appeal process is pointing out, there is almost no evidence that the two are involved.

Might as well arrest the other 2 roommates for being accomplices.

Just announced, Amanda Knox and her boyfriend where acquitted.

I believe she and her bf where wrongly charged.

I believe so too I also believe that they shouldn't have been arrested in the first place due to the lack of proper evidence, like I've told my friends evidence is everything in a court of law, it basically determines the fate of the one being tried (Which may or may not be good in the cases of forgery)
