Okay is not a car, is something that looks like dry ice, and it hovers above ground, also making it possible to move. It is called Quantum levitation, and it might produce the formula for tomorrow's vehicles.

When super cooled the properties of any object can change, thus allowing "anti-gravity" it works in a similar aspect to the magnetized bullet trains that used opposing magnetic fields to "levitate". Now it would be really ingesting to see what happens when they achive absolute zero which is 0Kelvan.
