| At least its a budget friendly hand held and it can play 3ds games. The only real reason I don't like it is that it doesn't fold. 129 is a pretty cost effective way to get more people into the new games. | | _________________

Hey, the 3DS isn't exactly considerably dearer these days.

| silly gimmicks trying to make more money oh great a console that doesn't fold and fit in my pocket anymore,

I like the 3ds as I can play ds and 3ds games that I wanted to play,
but this gimmick seems like there no upside
that I haven't heard yet whats the difference beside it only play 3ds games in 2d only?... I can do that with my 3ds by setting the 3d off...
does it run games better? better wifi? better system loading time?
 more build in games?

mostly resaleing a updated console is a old gimmick now...
"it's less buggy, slightly more powerful and etc"
but sometimes you need better upsides for people to get it again...
but the only good news about updated consoles is for those
who didn't bought the early models that might have issues the first place...

| I'm not necessarily defending to the 2DS, but I am somewhat Nostalgic to think about the original Gameboy when it too was a giant brick. It might not have fit into my pocket, but it certainly was entertaining for its time. Hopefully the 2DS would inherit its ability to be a sturdy platform. Goodness knows how frail any of those consoles have become. | | _________________

yeah... cheaper to make means easier to break...

 gonna be off topic alittle

are games for the old gen releases seems lazy to you?
 meaning more buggy, because
"it's a dieing console who cares,
if it's not even 10 percently polish"

I saw LP's of that new tmnt game and duck tales remake... wow
glitchy and buggy, then games that seems like wtf
Ride to Hell: Retribution they're actually selling this un-finish mess?

not a very well good-bye for the old gen let say that.

meaning is there just gonna be more awful, lazy and buggy games
until the next gen consoles settles in?

Look up Unicorn Makeout Mania, or Happy Pong.

yup they look awful but are they sold as high price console titles
that they think can sale lazy work in a high price?

I played a few and own a few of awful games I did played beside they look like cheap crappy indie
 games.
3 Stooges on the ps1 base on a old dos game.
 Spawn on the ps1
 Largo Winch on the ps1
and many others for the sega and Nintendo
 but to many to list.

But I'm talking about they're selling
games in a high price with bad or no debuggy effort.
(It crashes often or a lot, and sound glitches pops outs like a broken record)

well Ride to Hell: Retribution maybe didn't count to be in the
 lazy buggy and glitchy section,
but belongs in the lazy un-finish trying to sale it as a big game title section.
