Kiala are having trouble entering the comic area and the forum because of Indonesian censoring law.
Whenever she tries to enter she gets this message.

I can only give out 2 pieces of advice on this one:
1)Challenge the site abuse rating.She might be able to get the state to at least remove the abuse rating on the forums as it usually doesn't contain too much adult content and with limited activity from members recently she could with a small chance pull it off.
2)Leave the country. Unfortunately she lives in a predominately Islamic country where the regulations favor the banning of adult and anti-Islamic websites.She would need to be in a country that has a more relaxed view on adult sites. |
