I'm having the same trouble as before, I can hear the the music but all I see is a white screen whenever I use Quicktime. I've downloaded the latest Quicktime, checked the updates, and added all plug-ins w/o luck. Do you know what speed and size the Quicktime player should be to view the files? |

Looks like a codecs error (no image, just sound). There are websites around with latest codecs. Updating your mediaplayer (any kind) should do the trick as well. Good luck. |

If you can try uninstalling QuickTIme, then do a basic reinstall and reboot your computer. Then go to your browser's preferences, if using IE look for the file helpers tab and make sure that QuickTime Movies with the .mov extension are set for the QuickTime Player. Or if you have another browser install the QuickTime plugin there and see if you get the same problem.
It's weird that you guys are having this problem cuz I haven't changed anything as far as the encoding/compression of the video clips - so If they worked before they should now. |

Good luck! I am doing some IT support at my work. Computers are strange machines. These kinds of problems can screw up my whole day. |

If you're a loyal member, you can download video clips to your computer and view them offline. If you still can't view them offline then it's definitely a QuickTime issue.
If you can view them then it's a browser problem that's not seeing the correct QuickTime plugin to view the .mov files.
Use the latest Netscape or Explorer if you aren't already. I prefer Netscape. |
