hey, why havent you gotten back to me on either the forum or my e-mail,
i fear that this may be harming my account, i had 1 1/2 monthes left of memebership and was already loyal, its now been near a month since i requested help, i hope i will not lose time for this

I digged up the emails and looked up your account subscription.
I sent you a reply again. Please check your email.
From the information that I gathered, you purchased a 3 months subscription rebill service, then cancelled because "Minor used card". Hmmm... Also, the account was purchased on April 17, rebilled on July 16, which ended on Oct 14, and you emailed me a few days after it had expired.
