Camping can be dangerous...
Wow. I would never had thought you'd read about something like this in the news...

| Well, that too I suppose. I was planning on taking a weekend off from suburban society and camping in the Shenandoah mountains. |

The odds of this happening are no greater or lesser now than they were before you read this, you know. Not so much as fear as I don't want to be uncomfortable. By which I mean I don't want to spend the weekend with my best friend and his girlfriend, in the same tent. And yes, we only have the one tent. So... yeah. By not going, they still get to have fun and I don't have to feel awkward all the time. It's a win/win situation.  |

That's not really true. Odds are based on information. There isn't a bookmaker in the world who wouldn't change the odds based on new information.
Camping in general? Sure, no problem. But camping in that canyon 30 miles southeast of Salt Lake City wouldn't be a good idea right now. |
