Hello my name is Reinaldo Figueroa and I am a 3d artist who was recently introduced to the wonderful world of 3d avatar chats and more importantly your work. I am a new fan of your work and I would like to know if i could have permission to recreate your characters in 3d and distribute them on 3d avatar chats, like IMVU.

I have been doing this for about a month now and it is very addicting. I know your work would be perfect in this medium.

I was not aware that this wasn't an original creation of the user requesting it being done. If I am not able to appease the Mary gods I will take her down immediately.

Very well done, rayfigs, I'm surprised you've made such an uncanny likeness in I.M.V.U. I applaud you on your work and your coming forward here.

Thanks, I made the base mesh and then did the texture for it. I look forward to doing more work and it seems I have a following already and it has only been a little over a month now Shocked

I'm very glad that you showed us this work, and I was thrilled in seeing Mary animated. We already got the first 3D Mary from a fan of ours, it's in the pin up gallery. But this is the first animation that I see and it was exciting! If I got it right you didn't know that this character was from PBB. So was it a commission? However it went, mine was just curiosity, you're welcome and you have my permission to create PBB avatars, the important thing is to respect the (c) of the characters, but I'll explain later the conditions by E-mail. Anyway I feel honored and I thank you again for your notice, hoping that this will be able to promote both of us Smile

The character is for IMVU which is a 3d avatar chat. Where users can customize their "avatar"( or 3d character) and chat like on msn aim ( aol instant messenger and yahoo). Someone had posted on the forums a request which was Mary. I got the gist that the person doing the request was artistic, but couldn't do the character for IMVU. ( I am positive that the person who posted the 3d fan art is the same person who requested the character) She is a very nice person and didn't make any such claims but it is just what i assumed.

It wasn't a paid commission but when I submit the 3d character to the server so others can use it, they pay for it, granted it is $0.33 US but they do pay.

I recommend looking at the service as it is free, so that you can have a full understanding as to how the system works.

I look forward to continuing out dialog and look forward to working with your great characters.
