| I was a way for a bit. Life got busy. I lost a weekend to the joy of Octoberfest. But I'm back. I'm going to try to get back to posting more. |

| Thanks everyone. The funny thing is I didn't even realize it had been that long since I checked in. I just remembered I needed to say hello to everyone while I was walking around Saturday night with a giant plastic boot full of Warsteiner. |

| Hey, welcome back! I've very jealous right now, I would love to visit Germany during Oktoberfest. In my hometown, we would have a small "Oktoberfest" of sorts every year (there was at least a sizeable enough population of folks with German ancestry in my town to keep a bit of that tradition going, it seems), but I've always wanted to see the real thing. |

| I gave the wrong impression then Johnny. I was just at a celebration state side. Although at some point that night I'm sure I thought I was in Germany. Parts of the night are still pretty hazy. |

October 24th is my Oktoberfest party day. An authentic German restaurant, which serves authentic German food and imports really damn good German beer is throwing an all-day blast. I don't expect I'll be in much condition to type anything coherent that night.  |
