oki soooo I think I can pay to be a member....the only problem is...I can;t use credit card..and I could only use paypal balance to pay...

so do you guys have any suggestion how I can pay?

I had an idea of maybe paying one of the admins by using paypal, and then the admin can grant me access to be a member. is it possible?
