So I just got hit with a random idea for some reason I can't quite place my finger on; I suspect the above quotes might have something to do with it.
Now, first of all I just want to know what you guys think and if enough people like the idea, then I will put it into effect. I thought it might be a funny little thing that could spice things up around here.
The idea is this:
Randomly, my original fursona, the SS3 Pikachu, appears in a thread and if someone manages to catch it before it flees, they can use it's power to effect the forum in some way; perhaps make a single post ignoring all restrictions in that thread (within reason of course).
So what do you guys think? Might be fun to try out? Or should I just go jump off a cliff and rid the world of my stupidity? |

Just looked up the SS3 on google... how the fuck are we supposed to catch that!
Oh, but jumping off cliffs is my favorite pastime. |

Alright, it goes like this. At a random time of my choosing I would post in a thread, probably an OOC thread so as not to interrupt an RP, and people would get a brief period of time to post a specific post before I post again. If they achieve this feat, they get the 4 abilities of which they can choose 1 to use at some point to effect a thread. Such abilities could allow posting in an RP without adding that post to their post counter, or start a random pie fight in an OOC thread. That kind of thing. Of course, they would only be able to use my power once, then I would have to be captured again in order to use my thread altering powers again.
Was that a good enough explanation for you? |

it's that simple... but difficult as the time to post will be rather small... a handful of seconds. |
