Hi All, I'm not new to PBB; but I am new to the forums. I'm working on a fursona but I'm not quite ready to post it yet, and seeing as my schedule precludes seriously getting into an RPG I guess there's no rush. Avrie my character is a Limonadra (The Victorian equivalent of a colon hydro-therapist) and plans on opening up a shop specializing in weight loss. Should make for some interesting and comic adventures. Of course I'll be needing certain rare herbal remedies in bulk so I'm looking forward to working out barter with Sibilla |

Hi All ... and Thanks for the warm welcome!
Tearlach ... Sure, why not? I see aromatherapy steam chambers, Roman style hot baths, and a few other surprises; but the general image would be that of a clinic ... Receptionist/waiting area, private exam rooms, consultation offices, labs, and of course a large blending kitchen with store rooms At least that's what you see from the street. The good suites are by special request, and only available to a select favorite clients. Of course I plan on keeping a small but well equipped staff ... It's always good to bring jobs to the community
Maxwell ... Remember; the the only dumb opinion is the one you forget to keep to yourself A Limondra treated all sorts of disorders usually at the request of a doctor. All forms of digestive disorders, nervous conditions and bloating were the main fare. They were very popular back then and respected (and paid) like doctors. A staple of higher class Victorian ladies. They were also often called upon to cure the odd errant maid of bad attitudes. |
