Hey guys, I just started watching that cinema historical favorite movie, PRETTY WOMAN, articles on brothels and the famous wild west cathouses in an effort to get some ideas for my character's story and it brought up an interesting question in my mind.

QUESTION:
Would the girls at the Delight Castle have codes of conduct while they work there?

If you think about it, you wouldn't want a girl you knew had a personal relationship behind the scenes- OR WOULD YOU!? Hey, some like that, I've known QUITE a few. Likewise, there would have to be things they couldn't do that would be viewed as too personal or improper that would be grounds for dismissal. Like in PRETTY WOMAN when Julia Roberts says, "That's why no kissing on the mouth, it's too personal." So what do you think?

its a pleasure castle any thing gos the customer wants. aslong as they have the cash. also the castle means the girls are well trained and they arnt there for the rest of there lives.. like in the comic it says they can leave after a set amount of time.

I don't think there are such strict rules at the Delight Castle. At least that's not my impression of the place. I imagine that the girls decide what they are willing to do and what they aren't. If they want to kiss their customers then they do it. If they want to have a relationship on the side, and thei partner is okay with what they do, then I imagine they can do that as well. The same really applies to the sexual services they offer. It's all up to the girls to decide how far they are willing to go.

That's how I imagine it happening at the Delight Castle. I view it as a place where the working girls have a lot of freedom, and where they aren't forced to do things they don't want to do, or otherwise have to follow a lot of strict rules.

You may be right, I got that impression too but I would think that if they chose to have a relationship they would have to keep it discreet except for the social functions, say during normal working time vs. the grand ball. I mean, if the customers saw the couple making out or doing personal things like sex without discussing a price, customers could get the wrong idea about them, no?

And just to let you know, Sky's about to land in Constance's yard in a couple hours. Wink

the only rule i know of in bon bon is the law simon blue told willam/wilson' witch is the privacy law i also rember betty talked about it in one of the comics

the privacy rule meen's that no one can ask ya about your past and ya can't ask anyone about theres if brocken ya can be exiled from bon bon for 10 to 15 years i think thats corret.

but come to think about it simon must of made some other rules
