Is Sibilla La Noire an actual Royal-member or one of Vanessa's wonderful creations? She has a part in Avrie's story but I'm not sure whom to ask for permission to user her fursona.

She's in the bio pages with the rest of the comics main characters, she's also the "face" behind our horoscopes. I'll Email Vanessa though knowing how busy she is at the moment I'm not sure when she'll be able to get back to me.
