I like my grandfather suffer(ed) from cluster headaches. I am fortunate enough to only have attacks once a year, and the cluster began today. It started off with a slight headache earlier today and a little over an hour ago is when a severe one hit. It lasted for a total of 57 minutes and 46 seconds. It felt like a hot iron rod was being drove into my left eye and towards the back of my head.

I'm telling you all this because the pain is so debilitating to me that I might do something drastic to relieve the pain. If anything happens, Mayfield will inform you. I'm sorry if this is depresses anyone or is a burden to any.

As a fellow sufferer I can concur with that one. Thank god I don't get them very often.

Once a year for six weeks starting mid June. 2 to 3 a day ranging from 12 minutes to 7 hours in length. So damn painful I can't do anything but count the seconds till it stops.

Other than seeing a docter, the only thing i could say is to compare what happened when you didn't have the headaches compared to now to look for triggers.
