Hello everyone I had today some bad news about my grand mother. She will gonna die in a few hours.

I will not post for a wile or my post will gonna be not the way they used to be.

I hope that I not upset any one and that this is the good forum

Also goddess of the night I hope that all your problems are over.

Jasper I hope that you are getting better every day.

Scorpia hope that you have a new laptop.

To the rest of you, I say good luck have fun and life happy and long.

i dont want to upset u anymore then what u are now but my grand mother died only 2 weeks ago so i know how u fell it's like getting hit when your down and henk sorry if i hurt your fellings in anyway but im not verey good at thee's sort of things so i only have this to say rember all the good times u had with her and once again if i upset u with anything i just said im sorry.

My condolences Henk. I only lost my grandmother 6 years ago to cancer, so it must be very hard on you.

Just got a message from home, she died at 1300 local time.

I don't know more. At the moment I feel sick, I wanna puck and scream and cry.

Henk, I hope it was quiet for her and that you were able to make it a little easier for her. The pain of death is one borne only by the living, it's ironic in a way. Be grateful that you knew in advance and hopefully there was time to do one last thing for her, if only to call or visit or even just send thoughts.

My own grandmother who raised me for half my childhood passed away early this year from a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately nobody told me for nearly two weeks... by then it was far too late to do anything, even the ashes had been picked up and taken care of. Work was exceptionally brutal about it, forcing me to continue my 14 hr days since there was no funeral to go back to.

I live about as far from where she was as is possible on the North American continent, so I only saw her once or twice a year. She had severe dementia and would just listen quietly on the phone when I called, though the nurse would sometimes break in and tell me she was listening. I am grateful that on my last visit, after about an hour, she started to recognize me, and smile, and look at pictures on my phone, and they even took a photo of the two of us there, so the last time I saw her was positive and I probably have the last photo of her ever taken.

You're a good fellow, Henk, you'll pull through and remember that her pain is over. Let worries, concerns, guilt if you have it, let this all flow away now, for it's all in the past and nothing can change that. Trust that you did do what had to be done and let only the good memories remain, for they are the only ones worth spending energy on.

back again.

the funeral was this morning was a good one.

I had a good time in saying the last good bye to my Grand mother.

I visit my grand father also and helped him with his newspaper, some old photos and moving him from to the next room and then to the next.

I always remmeber my grand mother as a happy person, nice smile, grand humor, full of life and a remarkable voice.
