I don't think that you can seriously expect to find any serious discussion in 4chan, especially since it has a completely anonymous community. You may as well go to the Vatican and see how far you can have a discussion on legalizing abortion.
From what I can tell, 4chan is kind of like an ongoing social experiment. It's effectively a Lord of the Flies world where there's literally no control except for those that want to take it for their own. Moderators only come on about once every 12 hours to remove blatantly obvious spam, phishing sites, and viruses, but that's about it. It's effectively proof that an anarchy can be stable to some degree.
There's some basic truths about the Internet. First, the people that post to any forum ANYWHERE account for an incredibly small population of people that visit or use the site. As a result, forums tend to give a very biased view about the entire community. Second, the people that scream the loudest often implies something in themselves. It's sort of along the lines of "doth protest too much". And finally, the Internet is heavily influenced by people that enjoy watching it burn. Some people just don't have anything better to do but to troll away and enjoy the fireworks that follow. This is especially true in places where the punishment for breaking rules of etiquette is essentially nothing, which is basically 4chan in a nutshell. |

| I think that despite the negative talk, there's going to be people curious or open-minded enough to visit PBB once they see the flash. Who knows, they could become subscribers or participate in the forums. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic. |

Heh. 4chan. The best thing you can do is ignore them. Theyre like the Reavers from Firefly. Dont provoke them, dont go near them, and hope you dont somehow catch their attention.
For what its worth, I know there is a large group of furries who use 4chan. It is a laugh every once in awhile. And, as previously stated, screaming FUR FAGS is the chic thing to do while sporting your Guy Fawkes mask.
At the end of the day, ZONE will begin a new project and Anonymous will stop caring, those who did dig the flash might scope out the site, and all will be well with the internetz. |

| bah, 4chan is nothing more than a completely prejudicial community that can never take any kind of criticism lightly. I remember when they hacked 4 different forum communities just because the site artists or supervisors commented on then in a negative fashion through their works. |

I'd post it myself, but I was asked not to by Zone, besides, the evaluation version I have has in big red letters transposed over it saying 'DO NOT DISTRIBUTE!'
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the project so far. I have great faith that the completed version will be a work of art. I have already requested that we be put in the production queue for a 2nd flash (at Ron's request), but we would still have a long wait for our turn again, I'd say no more than a year. So, once the Flash is officially released, after a grace period, I'll start nominations for the stars and positions of the next flash. I thought that this time I'd have a Royal Avatar as the female lead and either another Royal Avatar or a regular character for the male lead. I don't think having more than two characters is feasible because of the degree of complexity required. To try and make it a threesome would severely limit the possibilities of what can be done, see the Aisha Clan-Clan flash.

| Recieved a few screenshots of stage 2 of the flash, and it looks pretty good, can't wait to see it in motion! Zone has stated that the flash should be done in about a week, so here's hoping for a Halloween release... |
