You know, Whenever I see my Father put up both his fist up in a basic fighting stance, I immediately put up both my fist up and spread my leg apart, ready for him to make the first move.
As always, he was able to hit me even with with my hands and arms up, trying to block his attack, but I miss the chance to stop his attack.
For me, My reflexes on dodging the attack is very low, of course is because I had not learn any basic fighting. My Dad always said, "look to your opponents face, not his tools because you will get distracted and will not be able to dodge the attack." something like that....I'm very forgetful.
I know that a little sidetrack in a battle, something that will lose track of your opponents next move will make a person lose the battle or bring harm upon himself.
Hopefully, I will stop being lazy and find a place where I can actually learn martial arts, even if is the beginners stage. *sigh*

Don't feel too bad,I got hit plenty of times to.As far as learning martial arts keep these things in mind:
1)Do some research and make sure it's the style or styles you want to learn.
2)I always had to start at the beginner's level.It's through practice and dedication that I earned my ranks. |

Pardon wolf another to ask of if you havent explained a style like this earlier or if its real. (If you dont mind using games for examples)
Tesshu stealth kills
There a said style using pins for stun/fatal and I believe hitting points in the bone structure to paralyze? |

Well part of it is fake and part of it is real.
In terms of being real,He's using a shobo which is a Japanese weapon used by ninjas to strike an opponent's pressure points.The weapon itself was a piece of wood with both ends sharpened and hung on a ring worn on the middle finger.Secondly, He could be using Koppōjutsu(lit. attacks against bones) and Koshijutsu(lit.attacks against muscles).
In terms of it being partly fake,nobody is strong enough to put their hands through a human chest cavity or in the back to break or remove anything. |

A piece of wood is used? It wouldnt break when puncturing?
Question on that then cause theres one move done (not shown in that) when he uses the pin on a string and I believe he stabs them... somewhere with it that it stays as he gets it over one of the ceiling pillars and lifts them choking.
(Could tell already though the parts of him doing the "internal" breaking was fake though.) |

The wood is fairly thick so it wouldn't break so easily.
As far as what you're describing, that's pretty much fake.The physics simply don't allow for that to happen. |
