lol no they're not vampires, Wilfer gain the immortality and fast healing abilty just like them.
A small village temple with a magic grail. that is risky... when your mortal
so they almost died doing it. the chance for someone to become like Wilfer and his masters are... 100000000000000000 to 1. yes alot of bones they saw trying to gain the grail like this much bones 100000000000000000 XD |

| Wilfer is immortal? Ok, I know I may have touched on mysticism a little with Samuel, but only to explain appearance and later change it to be a bit more unique. But immortality seems to be a pretty big aspect of mysticism to be touching on. |

lol well only to be the 3 normal immortals on the planet, if you don't count vampires, or hybird vamps or werewolves.
the other twist for them as well they're from another world as well
a alternate universe to say.
same year 1890's or so like Bon Bon but future "BladeRunner" "Fifth element" meets Van helsing and Underworld to say.
how they're able to do so?
A Doctor made the alternate universe watch device, funny story about him, he was "born" in the Bon Bon universe, then came to Wlfer's Universe. how he came to the wilfer's world? ship crash and Bermuda Triangle was involved when he was young. picture link here of him |

| I'm just wondering if you actually understand the general rules of the PBB universe at this point. If you do, then I get the distinct impression that you just don't care to adhere to them. I admire the creativity and all, but if this is the background of a character you want Vanessa to make... I don't see that you'll get any of it to cross over into the comics. I think the only real exception Vanessa has made to anything of this sort is Scarlett and I doubt that alternate universe Wilfer will garner the same support. |

| RPs are very different, as I don't really think they are treated as being canon, but as applied to anything meant to be integrated into the PBB story, then it should adhere to the rules. Samuel's odd tie to the moon can be left at the door, if needed. I just tossed it in because I started him off as one way and decided to use it to retcon his appearance change. |

nope XD it's kinda like if i made a rpeh thats about 1980's same world of bon bon but over few 8-9 dozen years passes from the 1890's and there was a someone who was related or blood related of someone from the 1890's of bon bon, and found out a book or diary of his/her family bon bon pass |
