I think its best that we leave this to Dallas alone.
Silvador, please leave him alone and let him think this over.
It is not in you're position to post something like that with the intention of keeping an RP with someone as valuable as Tex.
The only thing you are most likely to do is agravate the situation, make it worse and we would have a real problem on our hands, because w might lose Tex completely.
Please let him figure this out on his own.
