Ummm, reptiles and amphibians don't really do much for me, but that is just a side note. If I could say one stands above the rest, it would have to be the tigers. That is what I think I will base my fursona off of. |

I would have to cast my vote for cats. I just love them. Oh, and way to go Max, way to go. |

Wolves as a species in my opinion are not poor choices. It is just because of how common of a choice it is that makes it less desirable. As far as tigers, I'd say that they are really a close second, which may sound surprising considering there is only one tiger in the Four Aces Suite. Not everyone makes it the 6-months for one reason or other, though, which is really the only reason I can recall that makes it the case. At the time I posted my description, I believe I was one of four tigers. Currently the only ones in the queue for avatars to be made are Tadelesh and myself.
I didn't count vixens, which are the most popular female species, simply because of their close relation to wolves.
Honestly, though, I favor big cats, due to their variations of patterns that can be used for extraordinary coloring patterns if so chosen (which seems to be a rare decision for males). |

Foxes are my specified breed in preference to others. I guess in a sense, I just like how they look and what they stand for. Deception, sly, clever, affectionate under certain circumstances, and very adorable. |

To me it really depends on the artist. Mares are among my favourite species, but very few artists can draw them in a way I find attractive. Some even manage to make them appear decidedly ugly. I was certain that Vanessa could draw a mare perfectly, because of her style, so that's one of the reasons behind my choice. Other reasons are the things I associate with mares: Elegance, maturity, strength, big boobs
I'm not really sure what to say of other species. I have some favourite characters, but I really think it depends on the artist, and some species are simply too overused. |

My personal favorite animal has always been the white tiger, but if you're asking for an opinion on what to make a fursona, I really have no particular favorite fursona species. Though, I do agree with Symphony, it does depend largely on the artist's style and skill. |

Personally, I'm not hardcore of a furry enough to want to be an animal. That being said, I would not be averse to being human in a world full of sassy and sexy vixens and kitties to hook up with. |
