That's a nice touch.
You shouldn't worry about the story being slower paced than others. Set the pace that you want it to have. To be honest, I'm not quite sure how fast paced other stories are around here, as I haven't read that many of them yet.
I don't think that many people here actually read and comment on stories, so it's nothing unusual to not get many comments. Perhaps if you'd include more fursonas it might get more attention, but you shouldn't start making such changes if it's just to get more people to read it. Otherwise I'm not really sure what makes people the most interested in other people's stories. Sex or action/adventure might do it. |
