Months ago I first happened on the humorous and sexy Vixine (Quest for Fun) (or is that sexy and humorous?), with a nice adventure to go along. I saw that one of those furry sites (forgot which).

Then I came across the ZONE(/PBB) flash of Violet and that was hot.
Zone really makes superb flash work, and when I found another Zone flash I had to check it out his (her?) latest handy work, and that was the first time I saw PBB, so that made me look more.

I found some PBB comix pages floating around (not on PBB site) and was admiring the great art, and it looked familiar. Sure enough, Vanessa did both, and saw she was very talented artist since the style of art was quite different between the two, but both with excellent quality and great color use.

It was for certainly I would subscribe to PBB, and today I did, getting 6 months of it (as token for both PBB and Vixine). Smile

PBB is just about as much fun as the comix characters themselves have. That is I wish I were actually romancing those lovely approachable ladies (but I cant, so the characters have it made). Very Happy

PBB is excellent. I have seen a lot of comix, manga and western alike, and this is top class! The color detail is superb and the anthromoping of animals is clever. The best part is a moving story, a little heavy on drama, but carries the action and is sweetly decorated with hot romance. A woman’s touch is a refreshing and marvelous change to the male dominated comix (no need to guess why I put X instead of C) world.
The site makes good use what the internet can bring, not just stagnant images, worth the $$. Very Happy

I look forward to see Vanessa’s skill in new comix as I enjoy all those puzzles.

BTW, when is the James Cameron PBB movie coming out? Wink

Welcome to our site. One of the big parts about our site is we try to be very friendly and outging to all the residents on the site. Its one of the biggest things we are proud of, and it only gets better. If you are a member for at least six months on the site and to the forums, you get your very own avatar that can be used in the comixs, even if it only serves a minor purpose. Still, in essence, the fans help make this story move and flow as if the entire world of PBB has come to life.

I explored more of PBB (well, the site, a actual place would be fantastic!)

Vanessa is Italian! Of course!
Italians are natural with sex (not casual mind you, they respect it, but I do not think are stingy about it. Make me wonder about how France received the reputation.)
I doubt any American woman or man could come close to her when it comes to the relaxed positive sex attitudes! (And I hope readers take note).

Is there an Italian version of PBB? Shame if not (and would like to see it too).

What software are you using to draw up the pages?

The image of the girl in tattered cloths (child Betty) really hit me hard. I first heard of the Matchstick Girl story very young, and the cruelty to the poor girl in the story always hurts my heart when I see it (at least Betty was rescued).
Vanessa, you masterfully gave me pangs of sorrow in a comic with hot girls and steamy sex.

I don't think that PBB is perfect, I'm very critical over my pages when I watch them again after some time and I note some errors, I do so many... but luckily you can forgive me for them ^_^
Still, there are scenes in which I truly put my soul, pages that I love like the last ones that you're seeing of issue #9 where William moves within his environment... in which I believe I put a strong realism to the scene and the feelings of the character.
Therefore sometimes I'm very satisfied, sometimes I think that I could have done much better, but overall I'm happy that everything works quite well.
I don't think I got much talent in the sex scenes, the part I prefer of the work is writing the script and giving depth and characterization to the characters avoiding to turn them into bland clichés.
Red could seem like a Mary Sue but in that case I managed to trick you, in time you'll find that he's got some defects and maybe the ones who hate him will be able to re-evaluate him. In PBB there are no perfect people, nor good ones or cynical or full blown evildoers. Every character has a different personality.

Concerning the italian version, I'll let you know that among you there's a great and beloved fan that translated and lettered in spanish all of PBB, giving me the spanish version as a gift! That was a great surprise and amazement for all that work!! I asked Ronald if it could be possible to open a spanish section for PBB and he told me it'll soon be done Idea

If I'm not asking too much to our beloved master/accountant... I could also do the Italian version of PBB, I got no problems with that Laughing
