Tired, old, but well respected station commander:... check

Stern and fierce Executive Officer:... check

Sassy, serious, sexy security chief:... check

Sarcastic, jovial, space pilot:...check.. and check

Comic Relief:... check... and check

Rowdy Soldiers and Freelancers:...several checks here

Disgraced Alien Ambassador:...check...

The only thing you were missing seemed to be... Mysterious Alien Ambassador...

...so... I picked that one.

Alright furs, I've got a gripe with a disgruntled author.

[@Caroline] Counsel the federales; do not command the furries.

1) This is Tearlach's story. Shadow is the regulator. THEY tell us their house rules.
2) It's Babylon 6 (sex), not Furbalon 5. Don't dis your fellow RPers, especially Tearlach who leads this, and READ EVERYTHING.
3) I thought your "Eridani" are too angsty to want place in the red light district of the universe. I've got a banana cream pie ready to launch on a storyteller.
4) I don't remember any "diva" race in any Babylon 5 series or movie, but I sure hope you're talkin' about a smokin' hot pachyderm lookin' ta educate the station on how to engage in the entire Kama Sutra twice with their lovers without getting a heart attack in one magical evening. Oooh, yeah.
5) All fiction genres have a recipe. That's how they're recognized. The point of making more is the uniqueness of the heroes. Otherwise, no one would hook-up and the cosmos would be devoid of life. I mean, how many times have you watched a movie you liked and thought to yourself, "I would've done this differently."? See? Unique.

One: my fault on the Babylon 6 nomenclature. I will change it if you all want me to participate

However I do take offense to your other comments

1) I am not saying I will not post my character's profile. Just doing so now loses the mysterious alien shtick so I have opted to hold off and just as for a position space
2) how are the eridani so melodramatic? They just cloistered themselves. I'm actually basing th idea off the Syreen from Star Control, who were 90% women.
3) red light district or not Babylon 6 is a neural station. Why wouldn't they want an embassy on the station. And I kinda liked that race from Babylon 5 that wore the enviornment suits all the time. So... I thought it would be fun to be one if them.
4) anyway I also wasn't saying there was anything wrong with the sci-fi standards. I saw a standard not being filled so I opted for it. Shoot, maybe she's a space elf or something. So that could lead to all sorts of entertainment. Shoot maybe the Diva-caste is trying to find a way to repopulate after years of trial-and-error
5) if my idea is that... Disruptive however I'll opt out ))

to say i like caroline's idea's she allways come's up with something really good that i enjoy reading so i say keep doing what ya doing

as for me i acutley have never prpley watched a scifi tv show or movie the closetst thing iv'e ever been to anything scifi is playing the xbox game dead space.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I apologise for not being here for the last few days.
Real Life got in the way for a time.

This game is supposed to be fun for all. I didn't want arguments over what was and was not allowed ect. Which was why I allowed for all s/f films, books, tv and the like to be used.

As you pointed out I did set up the story, however if I have a problem with some one's post / character I will say so. I will also take on others comments about others posts ect and support them if necessary.
But please do not upset others simply because you don't like their style of writing or character. This game indeed this entire forum is based on respect for others which makes it in my experience almost unique on the internet. Respect and tolerance for everyone please.
