and yes, you can create one, just make a post in the Fursona Thread, and you can build it there.
Unless you mean an avatar, then it gets a little complicated

OK, let me explain.

Fursona = One or more characters of your design/creation that you play as in Roleplaying threads on the forum.

Avatar = The little picture under your name on each of your posts. After being here for a certain period of time, one of your characters can be customly drawn and made into a personal Avatar.
