Boredom prompts me to ask:

On average, how long is the life span of an RP? AKA, how long does the avarage RP last until people get bored and dump/forget about it.

Im asking because of the HUGE load (...) of dead RPs/threads there are.

I'm guessing 1 month of two at best, unless it has a long standing posting order, or huge interest and allows for Novel like posts. Besides that, most get pretty linear, being on on one or a few set of people, never being a huge group. Should one get to be as huge, it gets to prosper.

Heeheehee!! Yeah, something like that. Best examples I can set up are two RP's I am in.

Twilight of an Age
Twist of Fate

You can see Twilight of an Age going on along nicely, but Twist of Fate died out some time ago. Caroline posted on it not so long ago, but I am already making it in a Novel form, so we can all enjoy it, adding scenes, refurbishing others and emulating characters to the best of my abilities.

._.

Haven't you bothered to notice that the forums are slightly dead at the moment, not to mention that posting helps me keep my sights on the forums a tad bit more?
