Him and a few treasure hunters discovers a lost ruin

as the treasure hunters triggerd the traps and almost got all of them killed.
Howven was hit by the sun light reflection from the silver statue as it turn him in to a silver wolf beast
as he use his speed to save the trasure hunters as the ruins falls devouring the silver figure.

Powers: Can Absorb, Generate and disperce electrical energy at will, though when emotionally distracted (angry, horny) can sometimes be erratic.

Personality: Pretty much your typical teenager going through high shcool and discovering that he's a super powered being. Trying to do the right thing by using his powers for good but very nervous about keeing his secret identity, secret.

History:Matt Henderson was growing up to be your average American Teenager, saving up for a new (used) car, planning on asking out the girl of his dreams (Alicia Davis in his English Class) and surfing the web whenever he could. However, Fate had a much different plan ..one that would rock his young world and test the very fiber of his character.

Matt was one of the very few survivors of the tragic Black Orca concert that took place on August 6th of 2010. Black Orca had been known for the over the top laser light shows and had even enlisted some of the more..eclectic artists in the field ..hoping to draw in even bigger crowds using a dangerous new pyrotechnic and laser light combination to enhance their show. Matthew had been in the front row with over 90 other spectators when the show had started off, unaware that the laser lights were actually causing particles in the air around them to ionize with dangerous theta particles...forming thunderclouds above them and turning the stage and the first five rows into one giant lightning rod. Four minutes into the concert, over 85 were dead, including the Band and practically the entire first five rows as repeated strikes of lightning flash cooked them as they stood. All except for Matthew.

Matt had something that no one else had, a latent mutant gene that activated as the ionized particles gathered around him, turning his body into a receptical and storage device for almost limitless electical energy. Upon the first strike to hit his body, it also caused a second set of genetic markers to kick into activity, allowing him to generate his own field of electical energy, he could not only store it..he now could generate it.

However, this would also bring up the fact that he was a mutant, and potentially a very dangerous one. His father, afraid that his son would bring undo harm to what he had worked so hard to build, made it clear with absolutely no uncertainty...Matthew was no longer welcome home. His entire life had been turned on his head with a simple twist of fate. With a boy of lesser character, this would be the beginning of yet another tale of woe of a villian.

Matthew, however, was made of sterner stuff.

Determined to put whatever gifts that destiny had provided him, he put together a costume from discard halloween boxes from his meager belongings that he had packed, arranging to stay with friends while he went out into the night, Paragon's newest defender of justice.

The Volt Vigilante was born.

Hell Shooter! - Any firearm he touches, he infuses with infernal energy, allowing for a much more damaging shot. The more wicked a person is, the more damage it does. He still needs to reload and pure hearted individuals are unaffected by the evil energy. Now the bullets are another matter...

His favorite possession has to be Skull Jack, his fully customized 1970 Chevy Chevelle Malibu muscle car. Fitted with a blower system, liquid cooling and bullet proof side plates, he loves the damn car more than his guns.
