Well again, 'parents' watch what you get your kids stead of just getting whats apparently the best game that makes them apparently a rapist and then go blaming the game.

| Its mostly due to the fact that parents get games like this to kids, as most retailers are obligated by law to refuse the sale any of these games to minors under the age of 17. Its not the ESRB's fault that parents won't take responsibility for their actions. |

| Meh, video games are only as bad as the people who play it. People used to blame violence on graphic movies, but when they could'nt do that, they went to the next thing. |
