What has been the most evil animated villains in our childhoods, villains in which is the main villain of the series, and is also the main producer of negativity to the viewer's mind.
Well here's a list in which tells you who's the top one and reasons why?
11. The Shadow - Faeries (1981):- WEAK!!!
10. Dr Robotnik - The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (1993):- Just too stupid to rule the world!
9. Spidra - Gadget Boy (1996):- Just an annoying ripoff of Dr Claw!
8. Dark Kat - SWAT Kats (1993):- A villain who often says 'no' like a 3 year old toddler!
7. Queller - The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin (1983):- A tough villain who is unfortunately weak!
6. Dr Claw - Inspecter Gadget (1983):- Everyone's favorite mysterious villain!
5. J - Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Series (2006):- A murdering Pokemon Hunter that is totally cool!
4. Zordrak - The Dreamstone (1990):- HE'S THE DEVIL!!!
3. Dr Robotnik - Sonic SatAM (1993):- Just delisciously evil!
2. Lotso - Toy Story 3 (2010):- A Bear who'd been thrown away to be the most evil charecter to both Pixar and Disney!
1. Dr Karota - Digimon Data Squad (2005):- Takes me out of the wrong side of the bed for weeks, because of his many successes and his evilness! |

Are we talking most evil? or best evil? cos I think you're missing a few characters that can probably outdo a few of your selections.
Ratigan - The Great Mouse Detective
Hexxus - Fern Gully
Cat R. Waul - An American Tail: Fievel Goes West
Hades - Hercules
I know there are many more... |

I know, but this was just an example to villains going from most negative poluting to least! Those villains, apart from Randal are some that I don't have the negativity towards, sorry! |

Scar from the lion King; Oh come on, he turned a couple of heyenas into the third reich
Aku From Samurai Jack: He was just awesome
Frollo: Well really I just love his song Hellfire, that was to good.
That Hun guy from Mulan, they never really do say his name.
Percival C Mcleach, the poacher from The Rescuers Down under: Oh come on he is epic, along with that lizard thing of his.
Madame Medusa from the Rescuers: She's mean and her last name is fucking Medusa, you got to love her.
Cruella De'ville: She hunts down domesticated dogs to wear as a fur coat.,... that's enough right there.
Sheere Khan form the Jungle Book: He hunts down a helpless kid
Ursula from the Little Mermaid: Wicked lady is wicked
Zira From the Lion King 2: She's awesome. but not as awesome as Scar |

I meant' when a villain succeeds in doing stuff in which you don't want to see, that creates negative pollution to your mind in which causes you to hate the character. It's hard to believe that some Trolls can be created by such things? If you don't know what I mean, watch all of Digimon Data Squad and see how Dr Karota is the number 1 villain? |

Top 11 animated villains
1) The Joker from Batman, the Animated Series. Seriously… do I really need to explain this one.
2) Lex Luthor from Justice League and Justice League unlimited. Again, do I really need to explain this one either?
3) Mojo Jojo from Power Puff Girls. I know he isn't that "good", but how can you not like a mutant-brain monkey who talks like he does?
4) Trigon from Teen Titans. After the first couple of Teen Titan years, I think the writers of the show did a much better job at displaying the sheer, ultimate, multi-dimensional power this guy has.
5) Jafar from Aladdin. One of the last Disney villains to be outdone by his own hubris, instead of killed in some epic duel.
6) SPOILER ALERT!!!! Princess Emeraude (Princess Emerald) . CLAMP, to me, has an awesome way of pulling the carpet out from under you. And to find out that the pillar of the world itself is its own villain was a nasty-nasty trick… especially after you hear her reason why.
7) Gorrath, from Megas XLR. Who doesn't like galactic overlords?
8 ) Suigintou from Rozen Maiden. One of the coolest, dressed characters in Rozen Maiden she is also one of the most diabolical in her devotion to the actual quest the Maidens are on.
9) Cobra Commander, from G.I.-JOE. While completely incompetent, and it makes me wonder to this day how he stayed in charge for so long, he's a pretty nifty megalomaniac who wants to conquer the world.
10) Megatron, from Transformers. As villainous as Optimus Prime is heroic. And, it was pretty nifty that he could transform himself into something practical… a gninormous .44cal pistol that the other decepticons could fire.
11) Dr. Light from Teen Titans. While not the most dangerous of villains, his episodes usually focused on Raven… who started to grow on me. So, when he was around, so was she. |

Dr Light sounds to me like the good docter who'd created Megaman and X in the Megaman frenchaise! |

......should I bash on you, or should I simply say that there is no possible connection between the two, besides the obvious name reference of diehard Rockman fans? |
