The train came to a stop and after a bit Thomas walked off. For over a month now he’d been guarding some rich Nobleman from England. His contract was over and he just wanted to come home.

‘Good lord that was a boring assignment. Talk about paranoid. I could never leave his side or otherwise he would be crying that I’ve abandoned him. Ah well, at least the pay was good. Two thousand pounds. Not a bad haul,’ thought Thomas.

He looked around town and was glad to see nothing had changed. Bon Bon was still the same old place. After a bit he came to a small house near the outskirts of the town. It wasn’t much but it was home.

He entered inside and threw his bag in the corner. After looking around he plot down on a chair and sighed.

‘Long ass day. It sure feels good to be home though.’

He took out his pocket watch and checked the time.

‘Hmm, still early enough. I think I’ll go get a bath and go out for a walk. Besides, need to get to the bank and drop my money off.’

Standing up and stretching he went to the bath room and started his bath. An hour later he walked out and headed back into town. Ten minutes later he entered the bank.

Once he deposited his money he decided to walk around town for a bit. He soon came across Alexandra Harston’s shop. Thomas had wanted to check out Alexandra’s wares for some time now so figured now was as good a time as ever and stepped into the store.

the stores front door was recently redone it was easy to see. it was at least 8 feet high and was ment for larger furs. the door was light enough though to move. the shop was still new not to full but it was easy to see this shop had more or less just recently opend with in the last few weeks. but the only one in the shop was alexandra. she foucing on some thing in her lap she never noticed the door open. her glasses where on her mussel as she seemed to be kniting some thing.

Thomas looked around at the different items and was impressed. He looked around for a bit and saw someone sitting down knitting something. He walked up to her.

“I’m sorry to disturb you but are you the owner of this shop?”

alex looks up and her face would be remembered from that time with rhoda at the bar. "umm yes and no. my son made the items but hes to timmid to step foot in to town more then once a week. so i decied to rent this place out and use it as a shop. now if theres nothing in the shop you need you can place personal orders." she looked at him and she looked hm up and down. "you seem rather framillier..." alex couldnt remember the night she first came here and passed out drunk on rhodas bed... but his voice rang some bells..

Thomas smiled and nodded when he recognized her.

“We met a while ago. I believe you were staying with Miss Rhoda at the time. You had a little bit to much to drink and I helped bring you back to Rhoda’s place.”

He held out his hand.

“Thomas Aaron at your service.”

alexandra looked at him and shook his hand. "oh hello i am alexandra.. umm you said i had to much to drink... did i try to do any thing." her ears drooped and she looked a little embrassed.

Thomas shook his head as he let go of her hand. He remembered the kiss but decided to not bring it up so as to not embarrass her.

“Nothing much really. You were just a little bit tipsy is all. So I wouldn’t worry. At any rate I’m glad to see you found your son. You said you were looking for him at the time. Since its been a while, how has everything been going for you?”

"oh just fine... just been trying to get use to the whistles and men niping at my heels. you know sex crazzed people looking for a free ride. what i look like a town door knob." she got a little mean and snappy when she said that ther her hair fell out of place and she then blew it back. she had a tired looks and she hold up a ball of yarn. "they say knitting when your old sapost to be fun but i dont see it.." the ball had alot of knots and tangles in it.

“Sorry to hear about that. A man should always treat a lady with respect. As for being old.”

He gently placed his hands on hers and smiled.

“You’re not that old. To me you’re still young. I mean heck you came all the way out here to look for your son. I’ve been employed by “Old” people before and trust me they were old. Always asking or ordering servants to get something or do something that they themselves should’ve done. Some of these “Old” people are only in there 20’s though they act like they’re in there 80’s. Lazy bums if you ask me... Hehe sorry, didn’t mean to drag that out. My last employ didn’t sit well with me. The only good side was I was paid well.”

"well i half way to 80 so i guess i am almost old.. and thats very kind ofyou to think of me as young. but i will say i am older then i look and its not some thing i am proud of." she looked at his hands. "hmmm you would think a lad like you would have a fine lady and be married already.. i was married at 18 years of age."

Thomas blushed deeply from her comments.

“Yes, I’ve thought of that. But you see, being a body guard I’m away from home most of the time. Though I would like to marry one day and have children. For now I’ll continue doing what I’m doing and build up my savings. Before being a body guard I was a soldier. Served for four years in the Calvary. After that I’ve been a body guard.”

He smiled.

“I’ll find her one day. I’ll take care of her, respect her and love her. We’ll have children and they’ll grow up to be better then me... some day.”

Thomas looked longing into her eyes and sighed.

“Just not today. Heh sorry, that seemed to be a bit to dramatic.”

alex blushed as he was still holding her hands when he said all that. then she heard the better then me part. "but your perfect just the way you are.." she blushed more. "look at me i flirting with some whos about the age of my son... whats next...." she said it very sarcasictly.

His ears perked up from her comment.

“Thank you. But I think its what every father or those wishing to be fathers would want. For their children to out do them. Also, age, I think, is never be a factor.”

He gently pull her hands up and gently kisses them.

“My Lady.”

alex blushed and squinted her eye and looked around to see no one saw that. "thank you..... umm are you sure i didnt do any thing when i got drunk.. i just wana know... any thing you can recall..." she was flattered by him liking being treated like a young lady some what how her husban was like.

“I didn’t want to embarrass you but... you did kiss me that night at the bar. I’ve never forgotten it.”

He looked deeply into her eye’s and waited for her response.

“Well, I’ve been curious about this place for some time now and wanted to check it out. I just been very busy and hadn’t had the opportunity to till now.”

He continued to smile at her.

"well that will make my son happy to hear." she got up from her seats and she was in a dress that fully cover her nothing was showing inapropreatly. nothign erotic at all unless one got off on just cloths alone. she walks around the stoor and played around with some metal leafs and candle stick holders.

Thomas followed and looked around at the different items. He picked up one of the metal leafs, examined it and put it back down.

“Did you and your son make all these?”

"no i am a jeweler i work better with soft metals alvys the one who makes thise.. my cafts are spical order only..." she then moved down to a table with some thin leather gloves with iron rives all though it. "alvy got bored and made this. it looks like some drunken brawls kind of glove.."

Looking at the glove Thomas nodded.

“I have to agree with you. Definitely don’t want to be on the receiving end of that.”

He looked up at her.

“So what kind of special orders do you do?”

"well depends what you need. so if you tell me i will tell you what i can do..." she lean on a table her long fluffy tail swished around at her feet. she looked around the shop it have alot of tools hand craft ment for forge work. there was alot of items that where obviosely just to look at as there was a sword forged from drodels forge. down the entire blade was gold inlay that was in the pattern of a plant vine. there was also many other random items...

Thomas thought for a bit then thought of what he might like.

“Could you make a ring for me? The design is that of a feral wolfs head staring straight ahead with angle wings behind the head.”

Thomas nodded.

“Understandable, I guess just a wolf’s head will do.”

He then swallowed hard, looked into her eye’s and sighed.

“There was one other thing that almost happened. When we arrived back at Rhoda’s we were all feeling a little tipsy. We went into Rhoda’s room and... nearly... had sex. You sobered up though and said to stop. We did. You then passed out and after making sure you were comfortable we left you alone. Minutes later I took my leave. A few days later I was headed for Germany to guard some rich businessman.”

His ears drooped down and his eye’s looked shameful.

“I’ve been careful on how much I drink since then. I thought... I didn’t think. We all should have stopped but...”

alexandra sighed. "its alright it was most likely me who promped it. i recently found out from my son that i become a diffrent person when i drink. " she licked her maw her tounge tracing the outside of it. " is the would head all you want our would you like more?" she waited for him to speak. the poor boy she wonder how he felt being around her after what happend.

He smiled weakly and nodded.

“Yes, the head will do thank you.”

He cleared his throat and looked back at her.

“If I may, I would like to take you out to dinner sometime. To amend what happened that night. No bars, no lavish parties, just a nice sit down dinner where we can talk and relax.”

her face went red and she smiled. "sure.. i wouldnt mind that. when will this be??" she looked around and found a pad of paper she started to jot down what he wanted. "any specifacations you would like.." she looked at him geing a tease. "and by this do you want me to wear no pantys or be rude any thing odd." she was playing with him just to joke.
