link jumped down from the tree and lent againt the shack and looked at grace

but the cheeath said nothing as he closed his eyes and sighed softly

Grace went over and hugged the cheetah, leaning against him while murring softly.

link gently pulled grace away from him and looked into her eyes with his own good sad looing eye

"grace i love you but i'll just end up hurting you again i just dont think i can bear hurting ya once more im not the person for you"

link sai as he was no longer able to look at the vixen nore be able to accept her kindness towards him after he had broken her heart

Grace brought her hand up and gave Link's face a quick slap "Stop thinking like that. Just because it happened before doesn't mean it'll happen again."

the cheetah showed no sign that grace had done anything as pain for him like that was nothing

"i dont dersrve to be here or in ya preance and anyway i was gone for three years how do i know ya not with someone else and im gonna cause trouble"

"beacuse i keft ya grace three years is a long time and no commication i have no idea if ya moved on fall in love with someone else im not a mind reader grace i dont know these things"

linmk said in a upset but calm voice then he looked back at the ground and flicked his tail

"that promise we made that we would not eve be with anyone else for those three years grace i kept that promise and never looked nore touched another female"

"I haven't forgotten that promise either Link." Grace said thinking back to the three years she had not done anything, not even a simple hug with another fur.

link looked at her and lowerd his head his ears dropping and his tail hung limp and sprawled on the floor

link 's ears remained dropped but he very slowly moved towards grace and wrapped his tail around hers and kept his eyes also on the ground

link said as his tail once again slumped to the floor in a messy heap witch he did nothing to sort out
