The instant the goat went flying, Wolf rolled his eyes. "Showoff.....". However, before Vedo delivered the finishing blow to the flying goat and began speaking once more, his small frame dissapeared from view and two pained groans came from near the drunk that Alex fought. His underlings fell down in seconds from an unseen attack? With a crippling groan and the shuffling of a boar and rat, the two fell down instantaneously. At that moment, Vedoril mentioned the targeting of the three. ".....surely you mean that last one, no?". His head rose somewhat to a tilted angle. If one were to have payed attention, you could have told that he smirked ever so slightly.

He chuckled a little, smiling at Wolf. "Aye Doc, that last one be yours Alex mate." He remained kneeling on the goat, watching Alex and the remaining drunk.

Staring down the drunk in front of him who was dumbfounded at what had just taken place Alex laughed loudly.

Rushing forward sword still pointing at the floor he closed the gap between himself and the drunk stopping with his face only inches from the shaking weasels face.

Glaring him in the eye Alex suddenly lurches his face forward "BOO!" and then delivers a swift kick to weasels private area causing him to slink to the floor groaning.

Walking over to the Dalmation who is just barely waking up he helps lean her against a broken table top, "Are You ok?"

she groans softly as she holds her head, "I'm fine," she says as she looks around in shock, "What happened here?" her voice filled with shock.

"Well," Alex chuckles, "I'd say these drunks bit off more than they could chew."

She just sits there quietly looking at the drunks all over the floor.

Standing up slowly he looks to the waitress behind the bar, "I think you should go get a guard," walking towards the wall the drunk had thrown his item.

Without a word the waitress runs out the door as Alex leans down and picks up up the pendant, the cloth is gone and bits of chain are laying all over the floor, a sigh escapes his lips as he turns and heads back to the table where Jean and Carmilla are sitting, blood still trickling down the right side of his mouth.

He quietly sits down next to carmilla setting his blade and the pendant down on the table.

When the waitress darted out the doorway, Wolf slowly made his way towards the Injured Dalmatian. The startled woman took a step hack out of instinct, but Wolf begged to differ, a black pouch with a red cross on it already in his hands. "Madam, you seem to be injured. Let me see...."

The purple fox slowly looked around with a pair of darting eyes. With a light sigh, she glanced at Alex. "Sorry for your trinket.....". She had nothing to be sorry for. It was said purely out of instinct.

Trying to smile through the pain that was working it's way into his jaw.

"It's ok," he says putting his hand softly on top of Carmilla's, "It's not damaged, just a broken chain which can be replaced."

Looking at the disaster that used to be a quiet restaurant, and the pile of drunks all over the floor closing his eyes as the pain in his jaw flares again.

"I appreciate it though," reaching down he picks it up and runs his finger over the silver oak leaf in the middle of the pendant.

He frowned as he stood up, wishing they had lasted longer. "Oh well, weaklings and beligerent drunks go hand in hand." He began tidying up the mess of broken chairs and tables, stacking the debris to one side. He walked to the counter and set a bag of money down on the counter, looking at the third waitress. "That should compensate for the chairs and tables." He moved back to the table, again taking the seat at the end of the table. He began eating his peeled orange again.

The female Dalmatian helped every few seconds or so, the disinfectant giving a rather nasty sting. Once she was bandaged up and checked over for anything else, Wolf turnedaround without anoter word. "Just a few light scrapes. Rest a little."

However, the sight of Vedoril talking on about the weak drunkards and putting money up for the damages seemed to strike him as odd. "Well....you could always find a sparring partner. Although you still need your rest......and take your florins with you. I invited everyone to eat, I pay for any damages done, savvy?". His arms were crossed, an eyebrow cocked and his tone seemingly demanding.

Listening to Wolf and Vedo argue over who got to pay made Alex want to laugh but his jaw was very tender now and it hurt just to turn to his head.

"Hey Wolf," he says trying to move his mouth as little as possible, "You have any kind of pain killer?"

He smirked at Wolf's words. "I'm paying for damages, you're paying for the food." He ate another orange slice, then said, "Are you offering to be my sparring partner then Doc?" He had always suspected Wolf of having some hand to hand training, and wanted to spar with the mysterious Wolf.

"Hah, is that a challenge? I'll take you up on that.... if I cover the damages done to the restaurant.". Finally did Wolf smirk in place, staring foward with his red eyes. Such an expression was seldom seen from him. However, the face was gone once he was asked for medicine. "Hold on.....". With one hand going into the opened Medical pouch, he protruded a small pouch, about the size of one's nail. With a simple flick of the wrist, the tiny pouch flew over towards the injured Alex. "It's the best I have with me, sorry. It's strong herbal extract I made, so simply grab some up and either stuff it in your mouth or sprinkle it on the outside."

Catching the pouch in his hand he opens it pulls out a small pinch and puts it in his mouth rubbing it on his gums gagging.

with his tongue hanging out of his mouth, "thats the most bitter thing i've ever tasted."

He stood walking to the counter, taking his money and pocketing it. "You got yourself a deall then mate. Looking forward to a sparring session." He grinned, happy about having a strong sparring partner after so long. He sat back down at the table, finishing the last bite of his orange.

With naught more than a nod, Wolf slowly went over towards the broken counter and placed a large pouch he protruded from his jacket. With a smile, as rare as it was, he turned around. "Bitter it may be, but weak it is not.". Seems like he spoke in such a way to taunt Alexander. The powered was bitter, yes, but it had quite a kick for easing pain.

Within seconds the pain was gone, as long as a little of the feeling in his mouth.

The bitter taste fades shortly after the pain disappears he closes the bag and tosses the pouch back to Wolf.

Reaching into his bag on the floor Alex pulls out a small cloth and wipes the blood from his blade, then he quickly slides it back into the Scabbard.

Looking up as he hears the sound of running feet outside as the waitress and 4 guards run in the door.

The Dalmation looks at the guards from a chair she had sat in.

A Cougar walks in front of the rest, apparently the highest ranking of the guards, "What happened here?" he growls.

Slowly standing up the Dalmation walks towards him limping slightly, "Hello Victor," she says.

"Hello Josephine," he replies looking her over then noticing the the bandage on her arm his eyes narrow, "How did you get that wound?"

Pointing with her good hand to the rotweiller laying on the floor with blood coming from his mouth and foot, "He did it," she says coldly, "I've had to kick him out of here before, when i asked them to leave this time he attacked me."

Noticing the rest Alex, Vedo, Carmilla, and jean sitting, and Wolf standing near them, he cocks his head towards them, "What about them?"

"NO!" yells the waitress running up from behind him, "Those guys stopped them."

"What do you mean stopped them?" he snaps.

Pointing at Alex, "He came to Josephine's aid right when that guy pushed her," then pointing her arm at Wolf and Vedo, "then those 2 helped kick their asses."

Turning his eyes toward Josephine, "Is that true?"

Staring at the floor, "I actually don't know," she sighs, "I was knocked out when he pushed me into those tables." then looking up at Alex and wolf, "after i regained consciousness the two wolves helped me."

Victor turns towards the group, a look of disbelief in his eyes.

Seeing the town guard, and a regular face at that, he slipped his coat off, revealing the vest with 20 or more blades strapped to it. "Really Vic, surprised that I kicked some drunks asses? I feel hurt mate." He pulled a small stack of papers from inside his vest, leafing through them, then setting 5 face up on the table, stuffing the rest back into his vest. He pulled the jacket back on, then walked to Victor with the posters.

"These five have been taken care of. 3 alive and well, 1 seriously injured, and the fifth met an untimely end." He dropped a wrapped item into Victors hands. "That'll be proof the fifth one is dead, if its not enough, I can tell you where the body lays. Do whatever ya'll need to, then deliver the reward money as usual." He turned back around and sat back down into his chair, readjusting the positioning of his arm in the jacket sleeve.

Folding the papers up and sticking them with the wrapped item into his armor, Victor looks at Vedo, "I'll give them to the captain later," he says wearily, "Not my durisdiction today, was just supposed to be a training day for the rookies." he says pointing at the 3 guards standing behind him.

"By the way.....Victor. How is Scarlet coming along?". As usual, Wolf recognized the guard after having volunteered for training sessions and whatnot. His arms got crossed and the pouch placed neatly in it's socket. "Also Vedo, be a little more subtle with your bounties. They pay more when they're alive, ya know...". You could tell he was amused by the tine of his voice.

Alex Looks between Victor, Vedo, and Wolf slowly.

"She's doing good," Victor Replies pleasantly a small smile on his face, then just as quickly as it disappeared as he pointed at the group on the floor, "Is what she said true?"

Alex sits quietly staring at the cougar as he takes the cloth in his hand and stuffs it into his pocket.

He sighed at Wolf's words. "Thank you Doctor, but I do believe I know that. Been doing this for quite some time. In response to your question Victor, yes it's true. They came in, shoved the waitress, Alex," nods hs head in Alex's direction, "charged in, and received a few nasty blows to his face. Wolf threw a chair, I charged in and took three down, Wolf charged taking another two, and we left Alex to deal with their leader."

As he finished speaking he pulled another orange out of his pack, beginning to peel it. "I believe thats an accurate recap of the events."

((lol vedo actually the rotweiller alex fought first was the leader thats why the others didn't join in right away, the last guy was just a flunky))

"I see," Victor replies after listening to Vedo, "I guess thanks are in order for your assistance, who knows what would have happened had you not been here."

Turning to the 3 guards standing behind him, who have been silent the entire time, as a small carriage rolls up in front of the restaurant with bars on the windows and another guard in the seat, "You 3 start shackling this group and get them loaded up."

"YES SIR!" they all shout and shuffle neatly out the door to get the restraints from the driver.

As soon as they are out the door he points at the foot of the unconscious rotweiler, "Thats the only weapon wound on the entire group," he says sternly, "Who did it?"

Standing up quickly Alex looks Victor in the eye, "It was me."

Walking over to Alex Victor, "Show me the weapon you used."

Reaching down with his right hand Alex grips the hilt tightly and slowly draws the blade out resting it on his left hand.

"Thats a fine blade," he says looking it over then looking back at Alex's face, "You know i should take that and have it locked in our safe til we decide you aren't a safety risk?"

"No offense sir," sliding the blade back into it's scabbard, "But that'll happen over my dead body."

At these words Victor glares menacingly at Alex who returns the glare, only seconds pass, but it feels like an etenity.

Suddenly Victor starts to laugh slapping his knee several times, leaving Alex completely dumbfounded, "I like this boy," he laughs slapping Alex on the back, "He's got a lot of spunk."

Pointing at Wolf, "Kind of reminds me of you with that attitude."

Wolf now simply glared with an unamused look at Victor. However when he spoke, one could tell it was an entirely different way of his attitude. "Really Victor? Since when have I ever shown spunk? I'm the most cynical person in Bon Bon, if I do say so myself......". Another glance at Wolf's face and he was smiling. He really was a complicated man. "Still.....by now you should know that more than half of Bon Bon's populace is armed, well trained and dangerous. He shouldn't pose a security risk, seeing as....I was simply inviting them to lunch."

Laughing even harder now, "That right there," gasping for breath, "Thats the attitude i mean."

As he catches his breath he pats Alex on the back several times, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he says grinning ear to ear, "I couldn't help it."

Still confused at what had just taken place Alex just stood there with a blank look on his face

"I know practicly everyone in town," Victor chuckles still standing in front of Alex, "I had to have some fun, sorry if I upset you."

Several minutes pass as the 3 guards make multiple trips in rounding up the group of drunks while Victor occasionally calls out orders from time to time, eventually the last drunk is dragged out and Victor turns back to the small group.

Walking towards the table he finally catches a glimpse of Carmilla, "Afternoon Carmilla," with a tip of his guard hat, "Lovely as always."

Vedooril stood, and moved to a window, leaning against the wall, staring out into the street. He had been in Bon Bon for a few weeks now, and had so far managed to not fall prey to the woman of the city, though he always thought fondly of Rhoda, the woman he had met upon first arriving. He had not seen or heard from her in some time, and had been unable to call upon her at her home. He worried and hoped no harm or illness had befallen her. He stared vacantly out the window, enjoying the sun warming his fur, as he continued to slowly eat the newly peeled orange.

Without any real response in mind, Wolf simply flipped up his middle finge at Victor with his glove on. "Yeah, yeah Victor....I'll let you and your imagination run wild....."

Carmilla had spaced out, very badly this time. The instant Victor greeted her, she looked at him with a dazed expression. "....uh....huh?"

Victor Shakes his head at Wolf as he heads for the exit.

"I'll take my leave then," he says with a bow, "Have a nice day."

Walking out the door slowly he suddenly stops and turns, "Hey Wolf!" he quickly raises his middle finger then walks out the door shutting it behind him.

Alex Looks blankly at Wolf as he heads for the door.

"Uh...... Carmilla," he finally whispers, "Did I miss something?"

Suddenly the door flies open as Victor enters the restaurant, followed closely by a heavily muscled badger.

"You can start cleaning this up," he says without noticing Wolf.

There went the good humor, along with Wolf, whom skidded to a halt with a loud squeak of his boots just before the badger. "...well, he's all yours Victor."

The corsac fox glanced at Alex with an innocent look. "Boy things. Wolf just jokes with Victor, so don't worry......I think."

Victor turns around when he hears the sound.

A moment passes then a smirk appears on his lips, "I'm guessing you haven't met Samuel," he says pointing quickly at the badger.

A quick blinking of his eyes is the only reaction Samuel gives before he walks over and starts picking up broken pieces of table effortlessly.

"He is working to earn his freedom after trashing a bunch of vendor stands last week," he says approaching Wolf, "He's rediculously strong, but has the personality of a wet sponge."

Reaching up and flicking Wolf square between the eyes, "I believe i heard you yell something about kicking my ass?"
