Marl only chuckled again, finishing off the bottle of rum, and grabbing for the second bottle he had grabbed. "Well when it's against the skin, it requires a lot more skill, effort, and the right distractions. Like say a hard pat on the back, followed by a quick move to stand the person up, then making the person stumble, using that moment to make the switch." He opened the bottle, taking a drink from it. "Now about accomdations. I'd like a nice place, comfortable beds, with a nice kitchen in it, and of course a bar." He took a drink from the bottle, "Can't forget the bar." He looked at Wolf, waiting for his answer.

With the headache slightly abated and the rum now doing most of his talking, Wolf was rarely recognizable. "And why the hell do you ask me? I'm just stalling your time here t'ill the real fun guy shows up.......always late for eveything, but never late for booze. This time he IS late for booze and-.....what the hell amI saying?". Wolf grabbed his eyelids again. "Ugh.....I let the rum get to me....".

He sighed scratching at his head. "Real fun guy? Happen to be black, childish like sense of humor, and not so good at hiding?" Marl pointed at the bushes outside the window. "He was there earlier, maybe still is, don't much care. Just want a place I can call my own for six months. You're a doctor of some sort, figured you'd know the town pretty well."

(Hope that the reference to Grimm is ok. Figured it'd add more humor)

"......yeah, that's him. The thought of him and you in a drinking contest came to mind, mostly out of.....wait, nevermind.". With a shake of his head, Wolf leaned his head down. "I'm the one acting like a child now... I'll tell you where to stick around, on two conditions. First, never do a pickpocket stunt like that again and second, don't let me drink that much rum again.....".

Just like Marl said, Grimm was hiding in the bushes. When a finger pointed in his direction, he hanged his head and whispered. "Jeez! It can't be THAT easy to find me! I can't be getting old yet...."

He smiled, taking a sip from the rum bottle. "Got yourself a deal mate." He opened the lock on the window, then opened it, sticking his arm out and tapping the fellow on the head. "Pardon me laddie, but there's a perfectly good seat next to your pal, and a few bottle of rum left. Care to join us?" With that said he sat back into his seat, drinking from his bottle again. "So, what kinda ideals for a place do you got in mind Wolf?"

"Ack! Jeez, am I really THAT predictable!?". The panther fumbled in place, flailing his arms somewhat and making on lookers stare at the moving bush with arms. Seconds later did the panther walk inside, a stray leaf or two still in his body and sat down next to his friend Wolf with a smile. "Sorry about the stalking there.....All them rumors on ye tellin' of some high seas swashbuckler who's quite the dangerous guy."

"Meet, Grimm Locke. Good friend of mine and current town jackass.". Wolf spoke out with a semi serious tone, half his face buried within a glove from the throbbing headache. "Oh please stop with the flattery! Yer too kind me bucko! Buuuuuuut....let's get down to business. You need a good place to stay, eh? Why not try the Delight Castle then, mate?"

"I reckon that be the big bilding can be seen all across town then. Does it have a bar, restaruant, and nice comfortable beds?" He motioned a barmaid over, taking the bottle of rum from her, and handing it to Grimm. "Marl Mickelson. Pleasure to meet ya bucko. You really must learn camoflauge if you ever want to sneak up on a fur." He took a drink from his now almost empty bottle of rum.

"Who're you tellin' to learn more camo, mate!? I HAVE snuck unto your ship in the past, ya know....". One ofhis paws went up to his chin order to rub lightly, Grimm obviously feeling accomplished. "And yep, all of that, plus the town's finest girls, a casino and plenty of other things!"

Marl smiled and chuckled at his comment. "So you think Assassin, so you think." Marl finished his bottle, reaching into a pocket pulling out an old looking coin. "This must have been hard to come by. I'm surprised you never came back for it." He flashed the coin at Grimm, wondering if the haughty assassin would recognize the coin.

Marl watched Grimm with suspicion, saying quietly, "Why discuss anything with a fur who refuses to drink good rum." He looked suspicious, and more than a little angrily at Grimm, his hand resting close to one of the many pistols on his body, his ears pulled slightly back, and his eyes watching Grimm with a cold steeliness.

Grimm was well aware of Marl and the hostility he seemed to exhaust from his body, yet paid absolutely no mind to it and continued to smile broadly and show his pearly whites. "Sorry mate. Gotta go out on another job in a few hours and as much as I want to.....it wouldn't look good on me to arrive like one of them blasted drunks, now would it?".

Marl stood tipping his hat silently to Grimm, before smiling at Wolf, all hostility gone. "Right then Wolf me hearty, let's go have a gander at this Delight Castle then. Im sure you're feeling better by now, and I feel like a change of scenery is fittin right about now." He reached down, hooking an arm under Wolf's. "Sides, you can introduce me to anyone else about town that you know." He waited for Wolf to stand, to show he would be true to their earlier little agreement. He smiled at Grimm as he dug into a coat pocket, dumping a handful of very old coins on the table as he said, "It's a shame that you lost such a fine collection of coins in your effort to mark my hideout bucko. Better luck next time in finding me treasure stash."

Slowly, Wolf's gaze focused all around, his eyesight returning to normal. When Marl propped his arm beneath his own, Wolf shrugged him off quickly and stood up at a small distance. ".......Don't think I haven't forgotten that little stunt of yours.". He could only shake his head, for not having seen that coming. If anything, he was dissapointed with himself.

Grimm stood up and smiled again. "Oi, I wasn't supposed to be watching yer shipping lanes and all! I was just supposed to get some recon on yer men and you, mate! Besides....do you REALLY think I'd be dumb enough to leave all the coins behind? I kept some meself, brah!"

"A pirate I may be, but I keep me word and promises Wolf. I understand if you don't yet trust me." He smirked as he looked at Grimm, a small chuckle escaping from him as he walked towards the door, people hurriedly scooting chairs out of his way. "Yes Grimm, I DO think you're dumb enough to leave them all behind. As which at this point, there is no point futhering the argument between us, because you refuse to admit that a pirate managed to know what you were up to. By the way," he stopped with his hand on the door, "your bunk mate, Ole' Greymane said to tell you hi...oh wait I mean, "Heya Gri ole bucko. Twas a sad thing seeing you agoin from the ship. St'bad you nevern't got a chance to see and spake wif da Cap'n like chu want'd tu."

Marl chuckled as he left, shuddering as he remembered the time he dyed his fur black and slept beside the assassin who had snuck aboard. "Davy Jones beard, that dye was horrid to get off my fur. Took WEEKS bathing every night." He waited for the other two in the middle of the street, taking a drink from his personal rum jug, as he watched the people flow around him.

".....just takes me a while to get rid of the paranoia.". Wolf answered somewhat briskly, rubbing his face again.

"W-Whaaaat!? Damnit Greymane! You ratted me-......that was you, wasn't it?". He pointed a finger towards Marl, feeling dissapointment in the pit of his stomach Nd hanging his head. "......I AM getting old! Baaah!"

He looked at Grimm, chuckling as the panther finally caught on. "Aye laddie, it were me all along sleepin aside you in the galley. Our real cook had been killed in a raid days before. We gave 'im a proper sea burial. We touched down in the port where you snuck on to look for a new chef, but when I saw you tryin' to talk yur way aboard, I decided to have some fun, and disguised meself. Took a small fortune of yer coins, replacin' em with some stolen from different governments. Twas quite a game. Twere truly a sad day to see you leave the ship."

He chuckled loudly as he revealed all that had happened during Grimm's time aboard his ship. "Twas fun though, must admit."

After a few seconds of deep thought, he simply fell on the floor on his back with a frown. "I hate you....". Never had the panther felt so ashamed.

Marl laughed more at Grimm's response and words. "Love ya too laddie. Now, get on yer paws, and let's go pay a visit to another good tavern, or the Delight Castle laddies. Don't much care which, as long as they have rum readily available.." He smiled as he leaned down over Grimm. "If you choose to mope about any more bucko, I'll grab hold of that there tail of yers, and drag ya along like a bag o loot." He chuckled as he reached for Grimm's tail slwoly.

The panther looked up with a frown again. "You touch, you die.". One could tell he meant it in a joking manner. Before long he slowly stood up and glared at the pirate. "You may have made fun of me......but I shalldefeat you someday!". He even made a funny expression with his face.

Wolf quietly crossed his arms. "Ugh...you two are perfect for each other...."

Marl chuckled, putting his hat with the skull strands on. "Lemme know when you wake from that dream of yors Gri me bucko. Til then, let's get a move on and head to our next stop." He started out along the road, his golden tail shimmering in the sunlight as it swished slowly back and forth.

"Fine, fine....to the Delight Castle!!". With a triumphant pose, the black cat began to lead the two behind him down the street towards the famous DC, jewel of Bon Bon and bane of many.

Marl chuckled as he walked alongside Grimm. "You know Gri, if'n you were more trustworthy, I'd be happy to call you a true mate. Alas, you only care for the women, loot, and booze. Whereas I care for the loot, booze, women, and comraderie aboard me vessels." He chuckled, his back shaking from the laughter. He looked at Wolf through the strands of small bone bits. "Could use a good doc aboard da ship, and you'd fit right in amongst me personal crew." He continued walking forward, pulling a pair of emei piercers from his sleeves, spinning them between his fingers.

".....no thank you. I believe that having been in your ship once from one of your raids was enough.". Wolf continued to talk in a tense manner. This was still the effcts of the rum though.

"Pfft, look who's talkin'! I do love me some good camaraderie. Just that....it ain't easy to get attached to the target when yer in me line o' work, see? It leaves some emotional baggage on us that in the end would make us stone cold savages.". Ever so non-chalantly did he speak, his tail going left and right in peace. Within seconds, theyreached the golden gilded doors of the DC, the very same not opened, yet the deafning roars from Casino games and casino goers alike being audible outside.

"Here we are, brah! The Delight Castle!"

Marl smiled at their words, his ears twitching at the sounds of the casino gamblers. He chuckled, his tail twitching in excitement, as he ran his finger along the skull bits hanging in strings from his hat. "Right laddies, time ta meet'cha king." He approached the doors, slipping inside easily, his company momentarily forgotten. He walked a little ways in, looking around, again his odd flamboyant clothing drawing looks and whispers.

He ignored everything as he closed his eyes, listening to the sounds of the money flowing, his whole body shaking with an urge only known to high caliber pirates. "Aye.....me stolen loot be here. I can sense it's calls." His body grew still, his eyes gaining a hard glint, as they roamed over the crowd. He walked forward, the emei piercers held tightly in his hands.

To most he was scanning the place, looking for a table, but to a trained eye, he was hunting for someone who had wronged him. He spotted his target, and saw the marked bag. A growl escaped his throat, as he slowly made his way through the crowd, quickly approaching a small weasel, who looked worse for wear. "Aye laddie, you killed me friend, and robbed him in death."

He grabbed hold of the weasels ragged looking shirt, turning the weasel to face him. The weasels face went from defiant to one who knows he's a dead fur walking. "Ello there Gruck. Yur kin talked awful fast with da right motivation." He pointed the piercer at the weasels neck, pressing it hard enough to draw blood. He paused for a second, waiting for the weasel to try and talk his way out of it.

The quiet display of violence was stopping those in the immediate area around himself. His presence seemed to radiate around him, making people shiver and shake in their boots.

(Ok so figure you could play your fursona's and maybe some castle staff and a cop, if it isn't to much trouble.)

(( Sure, that won't be a problem. Although any and all Violence in the DC gets a hell of a rude awakening...... ))

As the door opened and Marl rushed inside, the events that followed left Wolf and his panther friend Grimm rooted in place. Violence in the Delight Castle was enough to get one kicked, but if it reached to murder.......the consequences could be disastrous.

"H-hey whaddya think you're doing!?"

Nit surprisingly enough was the panther there in seconds. A hand went to his shoulder and as rare as it was for Grimm to be scared, this was a moment that he was.

Right behind the panther was a large tiger, who's expression seemed unphased whilst he pushed past the crowds with his revolver in hand. "What is the meaning of this!?"

Marl snarled angrily at the interuption from Grimm, staring at the guard, showing no fear. He knew that the guard would shoot with any further provocation. "This here," he said, shoving the weasel forward, "be a mutinous piece of scum who killed the cap'n of a ship, and then fled with loot in hand. This bag," he tore the bag from Gruk's hands, "belongs to the captain's family as recompense for the service he provided. I plan on delivering both the bag, and the weasel to the family. I apologize for my disruptiv behaviour, but my blood began to boil when I saw this traitor." Without a further word, Marl kicked the weasels legs out from underneath him, dragging him towards the door.

Gruk was completely still, afraid to say anything, as his whole body shook in fear. He had resigned himself to his fate, now that Golden Marl had caught him.

Grimm only pulled his hand back, nervous of what was to happen.

With some anger in his face, this tiger pushed past Grimm and towards the Pirate like man. "You sir! Hold your own where you stand!". He cared not for reason or action. Bon Bon still had it's own laws to uphold and with the scare of what this fur had done, the Casino will have to close for the day....

Marl stopped walking, but continued to face forward. The tone and timbre of his voice as he spoke stated he was not afraid to die here, nor would he die quickly. "Again I apologize for the trouble I have caused. I realize this is costly for a place of business. As a token of apology, I will pay." From inside his bag he pulled three wrapped items, one at a time. He set them on the entrance counter, undoing the cloth around each, revealing three gold bars. "I do hope this is enough to pay for the trouble." He also dropped a small bag of coins onto the counter, "If I haven't been to much of a pest, I'd like to book a large room for six months." He tightened his hold on Gruk's collar, standing straighter now that the gold bars were out of his pack. He continued on towards the door.
