Yes it is, a really weird one at that. It deals with the sexual frustrations of Japanese males, some great WTF! moments. The dvd came with a short film of life at the ADV films sound dubbing studio. Which was worth the price of the dvd on its own. Producers walking around like Emperors, demanding perfection and swearing like drill sergeants, voice artists getting drunk on the job.  |

| Sounds like one of those shows that have those really ackward moments that cause people to turn off the dvd just long enough to get whats going on. |
