i can help with finding a bunch of rare weapons in 3 since i have pretty much all of them, a lot in NV, as well as some side stuff, like wild wasteland occurances

I like the Survivalist Rifle it looks like a service rifle but fires 12.7 rounds as well as Elijah's advanced LEAR

That's a DLC I don't have, but another place where you get strapped with an exploding collar in NV, is when you enter the Hidden Valley bunker and meet certain elements (Mentioned in code as to not ruin Silv and possible others of their gaming experience).

I never got strapped to a bomb at Hidden Valley.
I always got In with a certain character that i won't mention so not to ruin gaming experience
